BRN Discussion Ongoing

I'm Spartacus!
We do not know that for sure; there is no proof! Somebody only says so to support and achieve their own goals.
If it were Steve Liebeskind, it would be very unprofessional, and I would not want such a person in the BrainChip Management.
Hi Chips.
Regardless of what you or I or Trump hisself believe, the following are facts.

Numerous people have reported conversations with him.
He has nominated himself for a position on the board.

Given he needs share holders votes to achieve this position, it does not surprise me that he is soliciting support.
What does surprise me is that he is not casting his net more widely and publicly.

Here, for example.
I'd like to hear his pitch.

I don't have any problem with him hustling for votes.
It is what would appear to be necessary to force oneself onto a board that doesn't want him, isn't it?

The more you and the other guys here insist that it is him, the less I believe it. It is so important to you that we believe you and there must be a reason for that, not a good reason, but a reason.

Even if it were Lou, what impression would that give to the business world? He would ruin his reputation posting such content! No serious businessman or CEO would do such a thing!!! So it is not important if it is him!
Chips you seem to be mistaking my post. As I said I know for fact it is Lou, end of story, but I'm certainly not asking anyone to take my word for it.

All I'm saying is the ridiculous posts of is it Lou, it's not Lou, its some-else, is it someone with a fake profile are getting silly.

I'm merely stating that if anyone cares (as they clearly do because of the amount of posts), why doesn't one person who does not believe it is him, contact him via linked in and ask if it is really him. Then they can report back and mystery solved.

Then this nonsense will die down, and people can either read or ignore his posts. It's all staring to get quite boring.

I have contacted him via LinkedIn (he’s probably being spammed as we speak). Nothing yet… Not really anticipating anything either.

I couldn’t find him on LinkedIn… do you have a link?

Interesting ? Does it compete or complement ……

Mate I couldn't care less, as I know it's him.

But why would you make a song and dance about it not being him, and then not do the one simple thing (contact via LinkedIn) to prove it one way or another?

Each to their own.....
Why don’t you contact him yourself… and have chat, we don’t care mate.

45 cents is a lot better than .27 ish now and Lou signed up two IP agreements Megachips and Renasas
And what has that produced since.
Lets draw some parallels.
Those two contracts were done before Sean arrived, and we have seen nothing from either of them. Diddlysquat.!!!
Sean and the team have been growing the Eco-system, and that is obviously starting to pay dividends.
And to drag out the old chestnut about the share price going over $2 with the Merc hype, is total crap. It was an apparition driven by traders. A total flash in the pan.!! Totally unrealistic when you look back in hindsight, it should not have happened, it was just a prototype. For all we new at the time a big fat maybe.

We already know we’re working with OHB Hellas.

Looks like a little bit of Akida inside this.

Another project getting closer to revenue.

Hi @Stable Genius,

yes, this OHB Hellas project is indeed using Akida.

I did a bit of research on their GIASAAS concept website last October:

The LinkedIn posts you shared earlier today suggest that OHB Hellas has meanwhile had a 3D-printed mock satellite built with Akida inside:

I went to check their website (https://giasaas.eu/) again to see whether Akida would still show up as UAV1 or as a SAT payload now, but this is all I got:

So I guess we’ll have to wait for another week to find out more.

There is a simple reason why I think it is a fake, and that is because the top 50 shareholders was released on the 29th April. The poster later then 'revealed' himself on the 30th (and his 5 million shares... Actually, just under).

To initially post for the first time on the 28th with that name and then top 50 come out and then reveal is very curious nonetheless.

Either way, ignoring the identity of the poster, the post makes sense what has been happening IMO. It made me remember Rob Telson and how he was such a great asset from ARM and his hard work and energy with our company. His leaving was not really addressed properly I thought, and gave me a bad feeling at the time where BRN was heading. Speculating, I think he and Sean clashed. Since then, more red flags have been waved than good news flow on the whole.

You seem to have done your research. Why don’t you share how you get so much confidence that it is him. Can you share screenshots of your chat with on LinkedIn?

Did anyone else notice that the colour of BrainChip’s neuron/synapse logo on LinkedIn has changed?
From white on a black background to blue on a white background (like in our company’s earlier LinkedIn profile, which for some reason is still around and is still used by some of our BrainChip staff).

But that’s not the reason for my post.
I wanted to draw attention to a different kind of change: the absurd amount of editing that went into yesterday’s LinkedIn post about BrainChip’s newly announced collaboration with Chelpis, which comes across as very unprofessional. Mind you, I’m not talking about editing the odd typo here!

Yesterday morning Australian time, @genyl spotted the following LinkedIn post, which was, however, deleted shortly after…

21097872-FB3C-4056-BC8B-8E8AEB235F56.jpeg

… only to reappear as a heavily edited version about five hours later. It was then shared with us here on TSE by both @Learning and @supersonic001:

FF6D6D11-B137-459D-B44E-AB269C6A2731.jpeg

By then, quite a bit of content had been rephrased, the hyperlinks to the two companies from Taiwan had been removed (why?), Mirle Group had become Mirle, but was still incorrectly referred to as the “parent company” of Chelpis Quantum Corp. - this was rectified only later, and it now correctly reads “partner company”.

Just to show you the absurd amount of editing that happened AFTER someone at BrainChip had initially posted about this new collaboration, I retyped and colour-coded the whole post: the original text is in black, sections deleted are marked accordingly, hyperlinks are in blue and content added is in red resp. green (an edit of the already edited post).

“BrainChip is excited to announce today that CHELPIS QUANTUM CORP. Chelpis Quantum Corp. has selected our Akida chips for its industrial robotic security application. Chelpis is purchasing AKD1000 devices for qualification and deployment in end point security for robotic solutions.

Long term, this collaboration This is the first step in a collaboration that will help enable Chelpis and their parent partner company Mirle Group’s Mirle’s vision to build autonomous quadruped robotics that mimic the movement of four-legged animals for industrial/factory environments. Chelpis’ planned AI-PQC robotic chip has selected Akida IP to fulfill next-generation security and AI computing requirements. , where Chelpis is exploring BrainChip’s Akida IP to fulfill security and AI computing needs in an AI-PQC robotic System-on-Chip development.

We look forward to working with Chelpis to expand upon Akida's innovative Edge AI capabilities!

Agreeing on the exact wording of something posted on an official company social media channel should obviously happen BEFORE posting, NOT AFTER!
And as we all know, this was unfortunately not the first time that BrainChip posts were deleted shortly after posting…

Whoever is responsible for this repeated posting/retracting/editing/reposting is not doing a good job.

Discussing if it is Lou or not Lou is like watching a long tennis rally,....back and forth,...back and forth...,Kind of reminds me of this,...
