Do not despair, the news flow has only started. Expect news to accelerate from here.
There has been numerous client and tech validation events since Sept'24.
There has been a real step up in news since Jauary'25.
19/9/24 aTENNuate
2/10/24 AKIDA Pico
10/12/24 US AFRL
16/12/24 Frontgrade Gaisler License
8/1/25 Edge AI Box Eco system
9/1/25 M2 Form factor
17/1/25 BRN/QV/Lockheed-Martin 'game changing' cybersecurity
25/1/25 Quarterly report - Bascom Hunter in Dec'24 purchased $100k of AKIDA 1500 chips
25/2/25 Onsor Epileptic seizure detection
1/4/25 Information Systems Laboratories for radar research programs
2/4/25 BRN partners with RTX's Raytheon re; US AFRL contract
2/4/25 Frontgrade launches launches new GRAIN line and wins SNSA contract
17/4/25 Arquimea search and rescue partnership
24/4/25 Integration of AKIDA into Andes RISC-V embedded cores
29/4/24 Collaboration with Chelpis-Mirle on security solution
So much progress and yet very little ASX news flow.

Board is far too bull headed with respect to their position on disclosure and it is hurting shareholders financially every single time a capital raise is completed with a market cap one could argue is lower than it should be.

If it actually is Lou, and how actually on an anonymous forum could we know, then he has as much right as anyone to express a view.
If it is Lou, he holds around 5 million shares so it comes with a little more clout than the average share holder.
It is interesting and potentially suspicious to my mind that this poster, whether real or not, emerges just now, in support of Steve Liebskind who is busy behind the scenes talking to individuals, but is yet to make a public statement to all share holders.

Brainchip opened my eyes… now I know exactly what to do… I don’t need to be a millionaire to afford all these things!!! Tomorrow I’m going straight to the Lambo dealership and telling them I want a Urus for a year — just to see if it really lives up to the hype… and then I’m heading to the real estate agent and saying I want a villa for a few years to test whether my family can really settle into the place… all for free of course — I mean, I don’t want to buy a pig in a poke… I don’t want to end up with something that doesn’t actually satisfy me or my family… nope, not me!

Sarcasm off.

Yes, sure he does, creating doubts and stir up sxxx.

I don't see anything about him supporting this Steve L dude?

Who is he anyway, Steve?

He should come out of the closet and present himself?

Mate no offence, but have you been living under a rock? You don't know who Steve Liebeskind is, a previous NED in our company?

And all the posts on here recently, talking about his nomination as a NED?

And yes, on the HC posts (posted here), Lou says "yes I absolutely support SL"

A thought provoking post from HC this morning..

With Peter holding 150,000,000 + shares.. no wonder the company do whatever they want, as they know Peter will always back them regardless.

Interesting reading in my opinion.

Thanks for the lecture, what is a NED? Board member?

Yes, I saw he is supporting him just now.

Is he not man enough to come out and tell us why himself, this Steve dude?

Someone should point out to this supposed Lou that he left the company with the share price at only in mid 40c range.

What a ridiculous idea.
Why on earth should the Founder of the Company, with the single largest holding of shares, abstain from any votes in relation to the future direction of the Company.
There are some circumstances where abstaining from a vote is correct, in the case of immediate personal benefit etc, but this isn't one of those.
Whether it's you, me Belkin or PVDM, each share has equal weight when it comes to a vote.
The fact that PVDM has a significant number is neither here nor there.
Also, at 7.741% they are not unassailable, if the mood of share holders for change is strong enough.

45 cents is a lot better than .27 ish now and Lou signed up two IP agreements Megachips and Renasas

I don’t believe it’s him.

There’s a clear contradiction between the statements … “everything is falling apart” vs. “a big deal is coming, I support everything.” That could be a sign of uncertainty, a tactic, or just plain communication chaos. Either he’s playing both sides – or he’s not the real DiNardo. I’ve never heard of a former CEO posting in a stock forum that’s notorious for half-truths… and if it really is him, I find that weak. Plus, anyone can create a @me email address.

I don’t believe it’s LDN either. The crapper isn’t even a remotely reliable source of information…
