An IT association based in the Ukrainian city of Chernivtsi organised the AI Hills Conference that took place there on Saturday and brought together over 200 participants interested in AI.

Since one of the invited speakers happened to be a gentleman presenting on neuromorphic chips, I decided to have a closer look at the uploaded conference pictures and video, since we’ve known for over a year that Ukraine-based Data Science UA has been playing around with Akida. And bingo - the speaker did indeed represent Data Science UA!

According to my Google Lens translation, Ilya Babichev started out talking about the advantages and disadvantages of neuromorphic chips in general - the disadvantages being that precision-wise, they have yet to prove themselves more accurate than the “classic” (= von Neumann) architecture, that the software for NC has not yet caught up with the hardware and that well-defined performance benchmarks were still missing.

After introducing AKD1000, he listed at least three different use cases, namely drone detection (obviously a very important real life use case in 2025 Ukraine!), keyword detection and recognition of surface types, such as identifying areas of soil suitable for planting crops with the help of a quadcopter, in areas where forest fires and deforestation have resulted in land that can be repurposed for agriculture.

Partnername are: brain.ai and Qualcomm. Maybe the smart guy can take a look an see, if there is a possibility.

sorry if posted already.

Greetings from Germany.

Deutsche Telekom is launching its own smartphone on the market, where users no longer need to access apps thanks to a voice assistant equipped with artificial intelligence (AI). “It's an app-free experience,” says Deutsche Telekom Chief Technology Officer Claudia Nemat about the ‘AI Phone’, which is a further development of the Group's own T-Phone and is to be presented today at the MWC mobile communications trade fair in Barcelona.

Nemat presented the idea a year ago as a “design concept”. The device is now largely finished - after final technical work, it is set to go on sale in the second half of the year.

With the AI phone, the user touches the display and can then speak to the AI assistant, which uses the AI search engine Perplexity. “Based on the user's voice commands, the AI assistant can start calls, write emails, make calendar entries, order a cab or provide information on the display about good restaurants nearby or make suggestions for suitable gifts,” says Nemat. The AI assistant can also display directions or translate photographed documents. Podcasts could also be easily created.

It's a great path forward if the Company is performing strongly and is profitable.

It is not a great path forward, if there has to be massive consolidation and no guarantees of performing, once listing.

There will also likely be a sizable dilution on listing, added to the fact of the price being manipulated, to a less favourable conversion ratio, for existing holders, pre-consolidation.

Wait and see! We still have almost a year to go before it happens. A lot of good things can happen until then.

Sorry to report that Messiah Trump (and his anointed Imbeciles) Dumpster fire continues to rage on in US markets.

And if the end is in sight I'm not seeing it. Only Apocalypse.

Do you believe in Miracles? Call 911Miracle and report if anyone answers.

Bless you.

Morning chippers,

TSMC announcement with Trump today, to invest $100 billion+ USD, into building 5 chip plants in Arizona.

https://www.afr.com/world/north-ame...t-161b-in-us-to-appease-trump-20250304-p5lgnu

Semiconductor industry in the US is continuing to bloom and develop........ the boards recent decision to evaluate US domiciling looking better by the day. Everyone expected BRN to move to the US eventually, but i think with the current US admins drive on semiconductors it has pushed brainchips timelines forward.

My wild thoughts about this sudden earlier than expected call on delisting from the ASX and moving to a US stock exchange.

Firstly, I posted a while back thinking a take over probably won't happen because the US government & US Defense will have a big say in it all.

I'm starting to think as well the US government & US Defense are having a big say in Brainchip's 'sudden' move. Especially with Trump now in power and China hot on US's heels. I feel the US government may also give Brainchip a bit of a helping hand getting onto the Nasdaq.

By holding in their hands the most advanced and powerful piece of technology in the World, I'm thinking the US government & Defense will be keeping it all top secret and do what they can for Brainchip to succeed.

I guess time will tell if these crazy thoughts aren't all that crazy afterall.

I think you nailed it ! 👌Was thinking along the same lines in terms of US wanting BRN to list on their exchange. They're already implementing our tech which is no secret. Not sure how much they will help but I think there is some external influence to move over and the BOD, perhaps also feeling it is too early, "unanimously" agreed to do so for some mysterious reason....

Good point there about the US government. Wondering if the government will want more control of Brainchip to a point where they'll generally be calling the shots. Maybe a part takeover type scenario.

Their "AI" just looks like a BS App, for people too lazy to use their brain..

I'm going to throw a few potentially crazy, not well thought out ideas, here..

The MegaChips IP Licence, affords "protection" and anonymity, from companies both using our IP directly through them and buying licences from them (which we know from at least one or two secured that way, through a quarterly report).

Hence Sean's now infamous..
"Watch the Financials"
Which to be fair, was before Russia invaded the Ukraine and the Worldwide economic downturn, which ensued.

Why can't a full licence be sold, or "arranged" with a similar "Umbrella" Company as MegaChips, in the US?
This would afford the same protections, of not having to report sensitive dealings, with the ASX, wouldn't it?..

Also, what about forming a fully owned subsidiary, in the US, for the same purpose?
I'm not sure of the ins and outs of that, but I know there would obviously be additional running costs involved (but it could be basically a skeleton company?)
This could also take advantage of any US based incentive schemes.

Thirdly and probably what may be my least popular idea..
What about just delisting from the ASX and running privately, until such time as the Company was "strong enough" to list on the NASDAQ?

A share trading platform can still be setup (we could get @zeeb0t to do it 😛) and this would eliminate shorters and ASX trading algorithms altogether.
Any additional cash needed, would also have to be raised privately.

As long as there was still a "market" for the shares, they would still have increasing/decreasing value, as assigned by supply and demand, dictated by the Company's progress and performance.

Shorting and manipulation of the stock of private companies is still possible, but not as easy or fluid, as cesspits like the ASX.
Also, very large valuations, can also be propelled by shorters and having the stock less available to trade, could deter investment.

Just ideas okay 😛
I’m pretty sure the mega chips license is with mega chips America.

Our best bet and I'm hoping we're in Ukrainian drones. They are already producing 4 million of those a year (and growing) and if they're going to use AKD for swarming and autonomous targeting at $2 a piece that would be assuring, and though I hate the idea of it being used to hurt people, I'm also fed up with the BS management, and Russians soldiers don't count 🤣.

I dont believe the government have a designated team that would focus on such a request. The reality is we have till the end of year to make some money on the ASX prior to panicking on if we loose out financially which I believe we will not.

Russian soldiers don't count?
These are still people.

A continued war with Russia, with Europe now pledging "boots on the ground" and expecting the US to help?

This is pushing closer to World War 3, Russia is a nuclear power and is not going to "fold" or be humbled.

Only people wishing for widespread Death and Destruction, should be happy, with how things are unfolding here.

It will be a Great Cleansing of the Earth, of the majority of Humanity, if it happens.

Apparently, bloody Democrats met with Zelensky first and told him not to sign any deals.
