The press release quoted UVA’s Director of Computer Engineering Mircea Stan as saying:

This fall semester Mircea Stan taught an AI hardware class that required students to submit group projects:

High-performance Low-power (hplp) Lab | Muhammed Ceylan Morgul

UVA Fall 2024 has ended and I feel privileged working with all the students of #AI hardware class which is taught by Mircea Stan. They prepared 20 projects on vast variety of applications with hardware for AI including BrainChip #Akida, Google #Coral, Syntiant Corp. #TinyML, OpenMV LLC, Hailo-8...

It’s nice to see that two of those UVA Master students used Akida for their project:

“This project aims to develop an AI-powered age-based recommendation system leveraging BrainChip Akida, a neuromorphic processor designed for energy-efficient and hardware-optimized inference. The system uses age estimation from facial images as a key input to recommend personalized content, products, or services tailored to specific age groups.”

Different question here and sorry if it is somewhat off topic.
My super fund (which is embarrassingly small), won't let me get any more brn (because the portfolio weighting is already too high, and this won't get better as brn goes up in value).

Any other ideas for me to look into?
