Having a modern office in Central London isn't exactly cheap.
Just having a quick look at how much to rent office space in Central London, roughly 700 pounds for one office desk per month. This is compared to in the centre of capital cities in Australia where it's about 700 Australian dollars per desk per month.
So say minimum 10 people in the office, equates to 7000 pounds per month and therefore 84000 per year.

Yes Brainchip as made mistakes trying to promote their tech a little too early too much (getting ahead of itself)...however, after stepping out of its first R&D phase, also Sean stepping to overhaul the website and streamlining IP Brainchip is today in the strongest posistion for growth than any other time in its history, tech takes time if he knew this!
with his 20k followers he is a fart in the wind!

Yes lots of potential use cases but my best bet is their Industrial Waste Recycling arm exploring where the Circle 8 AKIDA solution might fit in.
This being the case if we take the Brainchip video of AKIDA being used for sorting apples on the conveyor belt they may in addition become interested in AKIDA independently for sorting rubbish the same way.
It will be interesting to watch it play out.

Hi Esq, and thankyou for the effort you put into the forum..
I skirt around the edges of the commercial property industry. The use applications of Akida are enormous. In fact, id go so far as to say that if you're not looking at this technology it is the beginning of the end for your company, you'll probably hand your market share to an innovator.
To bore you with a use case:
In the event of a fire, it is an Australian Standard that the building will
- shut down the AC to the fire compartment in which the fire is situated to starve the fire of fuel.
- In contrast, the fire stairs are pressurised to keep the fire out while occupants escape.
So a fire starts, the benefit of having Akida onboard is the ability to have the expertise of 100 firemen onsite to "manage the scenario" in realtime with full vision at the face of the fire as well as throughout the building for a planned escape.
Akida grants the ability to
- shut down and restrict the fresh air to "starve" the fire, as per standard protocol.
- The potential to reverse the AC fan units to extract the smoke from the compartment to keep occupants alive.
- Plan an evacuation path of travel
- Educate the firemen responding before they are at the fire what tools are required ie outright evacuate bring a hose to Ground floor, where they should park the truck, how to gain access to the fire, indeed, wether they should enter at all.
The difference in the decision matrix is human life.
- If no one is in the compartment, suffocate the fire.
- If human life is at risk ie 20 trapped people.. extract the smoke and give them precious moments to escape.
I reiterate, if you are in smart buildings and smart cities.. your in AI or your kidding yourself.
