As I said there are a lot of slow readers with short attention spans out there and at some point with the use of colour pictures and short sentences they will realise:

"BrainChip’s introduction of the second-generation Akida platform is poised to redefine the landscape of Edge AI. With TENNs at its core, this innovation addresses the pressing need for enhanced performance, efficiency, and reliability in Edge computing."

They will also realise that the list of 55 engagements contains easy to remember semiconductor giants like ARM and INTEL and emerging semiconductor disrupters like SiFive and Prophesee along with respected Worldwide brands like NASA and Mercedes Benz.

Whether the current move is fuelled by this awareness I have no idea but I have always valued the statement in 2020 by Mr. DiNardo former CEO of Brainchip that it was not a question of "if but when". 2024 is four years closer to 'when'.

We recall RT's "partners rather than competitors" remark, in the context of MB.OS, but are there wider implications?

IMO, potentially a FOMO given the fact that the Annual Report and 4E are due out roughly in about 2 weeks time which just may reveal something of substance.
