MercB - the gift that continues to depress.

Why is it that that of all the possible use cases that MB could apply akida, the only one they looked at was eliminating the need for the driver to hold down a button to speak to the entertainment system?
Why didn't they check out akida on any of the other 50 sensors in the car like
wheel noise, steering wobble, radar, power drain, bearing wear, driver alertness, etcetc.

Every time I see some marketing bumf for MB I get the feeling that we've been dudded.

Sure. But what solution have they come up with, in collaboration, that can be on-sold? Has Teksun put akida into a chip yet? What new thing would I see here that I didn't see at last years summit?

I just hope in my heart of hearts that akida mimics a real human brain, and not "I'll believe what I want".

Yeah, I'm starting to feel your doubt here too mate. Demos at summits, podcasts with all and sundry are amounting to nothing but lip service ATM. Where is the revenue from all of these collaborations - surely we must see it start to trickle in soon.
