Definitely a good idea especially considering we are in the middle of a capital raise that is dependent on share price. Also a chance to throw in a cheeky comment along the lines of 'Brainchip are not affected by the fallout of SBV as our EAP customers are all Fortune 500 companies'

Do not forget that if Brainchip was invested in Silicon Valley Bank it would have lost a commercially price sensitive sum of money and be obligated to make an ASX announcement.
The correct and logical conclusion if there is no announcement is that there is nothing to announce.
While I would prefer an announcement to fend off the attacks by WANCA’s the absence of any announcement means everything is AOK at Brainchip.

If 5% of ARM chips are shipped with BRN IP = 1.6B chips pa x 30 cents royalty = $480M revenue.
A tiny 1% = 320M chips pa x 30 cents royalty = $96M revenue.
Once a few of the large semiconductor companies incorporate BRN IP the target will be the 1.15T chips pa semiconductor industry.

Don’t forget Brainchip’s Chief Financial Officer is in the USA where it is Sunday.
If he is fast asleep in bed dreaming of AKIDA robots and rocket ships travelling to distant galaxies controlled by AKIDA then everything is fine with Brainchip.
Knowing his obsessive adherence to the rules if there was a problem he would have a notice already filed with the ASX rather than risk any form of criticism let alone an allegation he delayed notifying the market of a material event.

There is clearly a demand for the AKIDA powered Cortex M85:
“The continuous need for higher processing capabilities results in the implementation of high performing processors, like Cortex-M85. At the same time, this raises the need for custom hardware accelerators, and the necessity for easy integration to the existing CPU. Accelerators are treated as memory-mapped IPs, through an internal coprocessor interface. Legacy Cortex-M CPUs, like Cortex-M33, implement such an interface, allowing the hardware accelerators to be closely integrated to the processor, and reducing the latency in data and instruction transfers. However, some applications require the execution of specialized data processing functions on the CPU, so that they can operate directly on general-purpose registers.
This need is addressed through Arm Custom Instructions (ACI), with Cortex-M85 – alongside Cortex-M55 – also implementing this feature. ACI allows chip designers to include custom defined data processing instructions directly on the Cortex-M processor, and enables the users to implement their own instructions by using the existing Cortex-M85 hardware”
