Probably not a bad day to release another average quarterly. Tech stocks were expected to dump anyway due to Chinese AI news, so perhaps this minimises the impact.
I like the way you think

I like that gap at 37.5 cents to be filled. The potential and news flow will IMO see it filled in due course. I also see the gap at 46 cents from 26/2/24 being filled in due course as well.
The gap at $1.925 from Jan'22 will of course take longer to fill. But they are all targets to aim for.
Mate, there are gaps everywhere..
There's the $1 gap to fill.
There's the 10x Microsoft gap to fill.
A big gap between my wife and I on our bed because of my "genius" investment ideas

Right now the only gap that matter the most is the BIG OLE REVENUES GAP. Look at our 4C

Not advice of course!

It's not just us. Sentiment is poor in the tech sector.
WBT off 12.74%
AXE off almost 7% both haven't made any announcements today.
Our next 4c should be a lot better with revenue being paid to us in January as part of AFRL milestone payments.
Hopefully there's plenty of others.

https://forward.com/fast-forward/691855/iron-dome-for-america-trump-executive-order/

President Donald Trump is expected to sign on Monday an executive order to create a U.S. version of Israel’s Iron Dome missile defense system that repels cross-border attacks and is credited with saving countless lives.

The White House said the system would be designed to protect American borders from “ballistic, hypersonic, advanced cruise missiles, and other next generation aerial attacks,”

“In my next term, we will build a great Iron Dome over our country — a dome like has never been seen before,” Trump said at a campaign rally last July. ”A state-of-the-art missile defense shield that will be entirely made in the USA.”

Trump pledges Iron Dome to shield US from hypersonic missiles

President’s executive order will fire the gun on ‘next generation’ defence system

Read about what I think the next generation Iron Dome is in this thread:

Not the 4C I had hoped for, but it looks like they are moving forward, which is what matters most.

What he said in the ipXchange interview conclusion was especially comforting: CES 2025 made one thing clear: BrainChip is more than a player in the tech space; it’s a disruptor. With a focus on efficiency, scalability, and bold vision, BrainChip CES 2025 firmly established the company as a leader in edge AI computing. As Sean Hehir aptly concluded, “We’re just getting started.”

The market panic over Deepseek seems overblown, and it's likely more an adjustment. The P/E on some of those companies are very high, so a down adjustment is probably healthy.

I wonder why the defense company is holding off from signing the subcontractor deal with us. What could be the hold up?
Iseki. After working the last few years with IT contractors here in Perth I can tell you the paranoia they have about their competitors finding of what they are working on etc. Knowledge is power and if you know what you competitors are doing in a small fish pond like Perth, you can headhunt the right people to catch you up and possibly poach future work etc. so I have stopped worrying about why things occur or don’t occur according to my ill informed opinion and just pretend I am in Nirvana and wait for the magic to happen Which I am more than ever sure it will and in a bigger way than I originally thought.

I'm Spartacus!
Market generally, and tech stocks in particular, all getting a pummelling today from the wash created by the DeepSeek reveal and our, as expected, lack lustre 4C.
True to form, some would be manipulators will turn up here to try and twist the knife a little, gleefully thinking they have some influence here, and will try and sow some panic to induce others to sell. 🤣
Unfortunately, they have stupidly skited about the rinse and repeat process they employ, so much in the past, that now everything they say is viewed as purely transactional and subject to their disingenuous personal interest.

We've all seen these types of volatile market movements before.
Sometimes to the up, sometimes down, like today.
Most of us here have some idea of what's in the pipeline and are much better informed than the average Joe out there, who is easily spooked.
The t&j's and other bad news bears who generally keep to the shadows here would be better suited staying over at the cesspit crapper they infest. 🤣

The Iron Dome for America

EXECUTIVE ORDER

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including my authority as Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the United States, it is hereby ordered:
Section 1. Purpose. The threat of attack by ballistic, hypersonic, and cruise missiles, and other advanced aerial attacks, remains the most catastrophic threat facing the United States.

Sec. 2. Policy. To further the goal of peace through strength, it is the policy of the United States that:
(a) The United States will provide for the common defense of its citizens and the Nation by deploying and maintaining a next-generation missile defense shield;
(b) The United States will deter — and defend its citizens and critical infrastructure against — any foreign aerial attack on the Homeland; and
(c) The United States will guarantee its secure second-strike capability.
Sec. 3. Implementation. Within 60 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of Defense shall:
(a) Submit to the President a reference architecture, capabilities-based requirements, and an implementation plan for the next-generation missile defense shield. The architecture shall include, at a minimum, plans for:
(i) Defense of the United States against ballistic, hypersonic, advanced cruise missiles, and other next-generation aerial attacks from peer, near-peer, and rogue adversaries;
(ii) Acceleration of the deployment of the Hypersonic and Ballistic Tracking Space Sensor layer;
(iii) Development and deployment of proliferated space-based interceptors capable of boost-phase intercept;
(iv) Deployment of underlayer and terminal-phase intercept capabilities postured to defeat a countervalue attack;
(v) Development and deployment of a custody layer of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture;
(vi) Development and deployment of capabilities to defeat missile attacks prior to launch and in the boost phase;
(vii) Development and deployment of a secure supply chain for all components with next-generation security and resilience features; and

Pretty sure I covered this in Hypersonic for the Iron Dome architecture:

And for the secure supply chain:

What part of losing 20% of your investment in one day because we couldn't give away $800K of AFRL's money to a defense contractor whose annual RnD budget exceeds $7Bil annually, tells you that you are in Nirvana?

You might as well say it doesn't matter that Sean will be shown the door in May, because the magic will happen what ever.

Hi all,
Was expecting a better number from the 4C. This is from our last 4C.....

"In August, the Company signed two agreements totaling €190,000 for projects with Frontgrade
Gaisler and Airbus Defence and Space, to provide customers with AI capabilities for space
applications using Akida 1.0 technology."

Sean may need to send "the boys" around to some of our customers to help them find their cheque books..

The stock price is back where it was last Tuesday. 🤣
Hardly worth catastrophising over.
Unless you were forced to sell today you have lost nothing.
If so, that sucks, but is part of the risk of the market.

The rise since the doldrums of last Tuesday was keeping Sean in his job, which I assume you would prefer.

But shareholders will now feel duped. No, we have not been able to sign a subcontacting deal to give away $800K of someone else's money.

Maybe micro-doppler is on no use in hypersonic detection, but for whatever reason, negotiations to date have not been successful.

It just hilights the paucity of our deal-making. Some community radio stations with 5000 listeners ask for more.

Agree, it's just market noise for long term holders. Just another step in wiping off the overbought price before the next leg up. Gives long termers a top up opportunity.
No big deal.

Just an idea 💡

If management would possibly consider doing a Bunnings Style sausage sizzle out the front of 23041 Avenida De La Carlota, Suite 250. Laguna Hills , every Friday & Saturday just to get the till rattling .

I’m thinking of sending this thought to Tony Dawe , I’m not sure if I have the courage due to him having his funny bone removed at birth .

Hi Iseki.
I don't know the ins and outs of this particular deal, nor what the hold up in signing off on it, might be.
But I also don't consider it dead just yet.
And if there was a material change that made it non-viable I expect we would have been notified.

Your speculation is fine however. We all need to vent from time to time.
I understand your frustration and also wish we were further along, but it is what it is.

The Company is very tight lipped regarding its negotiations and announcements, and whilst this is difficult for us to accomodate, I understand it is also necessary in the space within which we operate.
We are potentially dealing within intensely sensitive artefacts and environments, both commercially and from a security perspective, in regards the various space agencies and defence organisations we are known to be involved with.

All this, slows our apparent progress, but allows for a much more formidable growth and longevity.

But hey, no advise.
We each have our personal circumstances and thresholds that influence our Buy, Hold, Sell decisions.
