Exactly this is what they don’t understand! And I wrote about it few weeks ago. Every action is followed by a reaction. And maybe they think after their voting (no) the share price will magically go up. I also think it’s better they sell and invest in something else. Only my opinion. I hope the majority of investors have more understanding and patience then others

You guys are not getting the point, nobody cares if the share price is 15 cents or 40 cents…. Means nothing.

What would people want…… 2 addition IP deals and the shares 15 cents? or the share price at 40 cents with no real world progress, just fluff news being released!

Like everyone says it takes 3 to 4 years for a IP license customer to bring a product to market.

In my view management will milk the 5 years plan then leave it to the next management to do the hard yards.

You're like those Karens in a Michelin-starred restaurant, paying $150 for a steak as thick as a lady's finger, with a dollop of sauce, eating it all and then complaining about the price, asking for the restaurant owner, hoping not to pay or even get it for free. But let me tell you something. The other guests will remember you in a bad way, and in the end, you will pay a fine for trespassing and be banned from the premises forever. Remember... who do you want to be? The guests who know what they're getting for their money, enjoying it, or the Karens who spoil the atmosphere? The place will keep running even without Karen...

Wasn't the saying Under promise and over deliver? not the other way around!

If they want to have/keep bonuses then they should only be allowed to have said bonuses if they can free show and explain why, OPENLY!

More and more annoying that we all here argue about tomorrow, next week, next month is the big one, Oh this and Oh that!... just another reason we are all still waiting.

NDA's are fine, but for how long are we going to keep buying the same PR spin?!

I guess that time, or rather the fact that it’s running out for many of us, is the issue.
Having hope that news of further IP contract wins and associated revenue was likely imminent these past number of years has fed hope that has,
up till now, been continually dashed in the 4C's.
If we knew that these things were not likely for five or ten more years, probably many of us would sell and move on.
If we had known five or ten years ago how long it was going to take many of us wouldn't still be here.
If we actually did know exactly how long this type of thing would take, takes, we'd all likely be billionaires lobbing blondes at each others yachts by now.
BUT.....
We don't know.
The BOD don't know.
Nobody actually knows.
It is, after all, subject to the vagaries of happenstance, our collaborators and competitors activities and the wider macro economic environment.
It's all unfolding in real time while we watch.
And for most of us our viewpoint is limited to guesswork and dot joining exercises.
In essence we are taking a calculated risk with our money that BrainChip will be able to successfully commercialise its product in a meaningful way.
We pay our executive team to navigate these waters on our behalf in the hope that their combined experience, contacts, relevant knowledge and ongoing activities can replicate the success of their previous achievements.
If any of you has specific relevant advice that you think the BOD needs to be aware of, please send it through the appropriate channels.
If you have lost faith in the BOD then vote accordingly and to the measure of your holding, as is your right, or sell and move on, but please
stop with the pathetic whining.
Beyond adding to the spread of Fear Uncertainty Doubt it achieves nothing.
We each are subject too and responsible for the repercussions of our actions, both past and present.

I haven't posted for some time as apparently my thoughts annoy people. Can I ask what year can I post negative stuff about the ability for the company to gain market traction? Because 3 years ago it was not okay, 2 years ago, last year and now this year. Can someone give me a heads up? Next year, 2 years or this forum is just about positives and dot joining that seems non existent?

It's clear that our Partnerships are just other companies hoping like our company that someone will be interested in what we do. But reality is the market is saying, what You've got is great, but we'll stick with the big names that can get us by for now. IMO of course.

In all of that I think a second strike would be silly, think carefully before your emotions get the better if you. I have no doubt the board, marketing and everyone is doing their job as best they can. We just can't be needed yet. Budgets still tight, no experimenting around yet?
So my point is, discussing negatives can be beneficial also as people's concerns can be aired and discussed and often shown to be not serious in may cases. Good luck, maybe some good news is actually, just around the corner.....

The IP licence can be signed just before revenue is expected of the associated product(s). We have seen two patents in recent weeks, one by Accenture based on Akida2 imo and a patent by TCS based on Akida1. For all we know those patents may well be on the heels of products to be released and closing the gap on when IP deals will be signed. We are not privy to that information but companies like Accenture and TATA don’t create patents for kicks - this imo will preempt a serious rerate of the company when this fruit starts to ripen. AIMO.

As far as I'm concerned the 4c is dissapointing but not surprising.

Just another opportunity for the smart money to shake loose some shares from the weak peanuts we have left.

If you have done so little research on your investment that you are willing to listen to the dribble being spouted as "genuine holder disgruntlement ", then you probably deserve to miss out......

The point is that even if we have a new signed IP license it will take time until we see it in the reports. And it will take time until the commercialisation of this product will be launched. So why all the people can not just be patient and let the guys do their job? IMO

Really? 90k is legit so small, if it was like 400k - 500k, it would be more understandable given they should be getting paid for providing tech support to the buyers. They are spending millions each quarter on the employees, 90k is just ridiculous.

Do we get paid for tech support in partnerships? A lot of the new companies we are working with have partnerships with us, instead of licenses, so I wouldn't think we get anything until gone to market, but we get a bigger cut. IMO.

Do we get paid for tech support in partnerships? A lot of the new companies we are working with have partnerships with us, instead of licenses, so I wouldn't think we get anything until gone to market, but we get a bigger cut. IMO.

We are a small company too... funded by shareholders... I think we should chase immediate cash first instead of investing many hours with new companies which has high risk... but yea of course, that is just my opinion... I will just continue to wait...

Well I never said anything about reducing pay I am saying we have many employees but we are not generating any meaningful revenue for quite long time.

We sold two contracts years ago and we now have better products and many more employees but they were not able to land any IP deals since megachips...

What has really pisses me off with the company is that they could have made a few of these recent announcements on social media about the VDN edge box and Ant10 and had them announced on the ASX instead even if they ain’t price sensitive. It’s obvious they must read that a lot of us ain’t happy how they release news, but time and time again they don’t listen. So maybe they might start listening when people vote NO as it’s obvious they don’t give a f..k about us and that’s the only reason at this stage I’ll probably be voting no. I truly think that the company is now heading in the right direction and nothing will change that now, even if it means a 2nd strike.

When I look at the market's reaction so far and the responses of small investors, it seems to me that the majority are more down to earth. A 0.025 dollar drop is certainly not a statement till now. I am satisfied and hope it stays like this. And it reaffirms my opinion that it's always the small ones who are the loudest.
