Just to add to what you’re saying FF-

We know Brainchip are their first strategic IP partner, we know they love us, the CRO of edge impulse has said he sees us being adopted by every silicon vendor.
I encourage everybody to look at these 3 screenshots I am going to post.

Hi FK
This is the JAST patent that Brainchip first acquired as an exclusive licence then bought outright last year.

I suspect that they are only counting the patents they have developed and applied for in the 19 they mentioned and exclude this one because they bought it.

My opinion only DYOR
Fact Finder
Hi FK,

The Justicia list includes both granted patents and pending applications in the US.

The applications are the ones which start with a year, so my count makes 12 granted US patents.

To see global position, try Espacenet:

https://worldwide.espacenet.com/patent/search?q=pa = Brainchip

The tedious bit:

I sort by 'Priority Date" rather than the default "Relevance" because who knows what the computer considers relevant, so the Priority Date provides some order.

It's difficult to get a consolidated list of patents/applications because the DB is designed by and for bureaucrats.

Unfortunately Espacenet only publishes the first publication of a patent family, so you need to dig deeper into each of the 14 listed patents/applications, to see the "family" in different countries. Click on the invention title and then use the drop down menu next to "Bibiliographic data". (The list includes "duplications")

Alternatively, on the Bibliographic Data page, the "published as" field lists the associated applications/patents - the patents end with "B2".

Thanks.. I knew there would be some reason for the variance.
As you were....

ASX BRN's strong performance today, in a weak market, will have a flow on effect to Overseas exchanges tonight (especially in Germany) in my opinion.

I don't believe the volume on the ASX, is due to local demand, but the short attack yesterday, my opinion (which thanks to Doz, we know is on a T+4 reporting "requirement" for open positions) was still enough, to rock the currently much smaller German exchanges, last night.

Shares being sucked out from the ASX, are going to affect liquidity of supply (Maybe the shorters can supply more for the time being 😊).

Which will ensure a rising price.

I sure wouldn't want to have a short position, in BrainChip at the moment..

They want to bet against the Future?? 🤣

STMicroelectronics

STMicroelectronics have revealed an exclusive collaboration that enables smartphones and other devices to measure household and ambient air quality with a built-in optical sensor.

Developed exclusively for ST’s multizone ranging sensors, which are widely used for features like camera autofocus and presence detection, this solution measures particulates in the surrounding air. With accuracy comparable to purpose-designed air-quality monitors, Mobile Physics’ EnviroMeter app acts as a personal, portable environment monitor and smoke detector to safeguard health – and enhance fire safety. Manufactured using ST’s low-power technology, it can operate ‘always on’ to provide constant awareness with minimal impact on battery life.
Each year, 3.2 million people die prematurely from illnesses attributable to household air pollution. The combined effects of ambient air pollution and household air pollution are associated with 6.7 million premature deaths annually (1). Monitoring air quality has become a real necessity and a public health issue. Leveraging ST’s market positioning to accelerate integration, the two companies have integrated Mobile Physics’ software and ST’s VL53L8 direct time-of-flight (dToF) sensor on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 smartphone platform. As showcased at the Qualcomm Snapdragon Summit 2023, this project creates the world’s first smartphone with always-on air-quality sensing and smoke detection.
Personal environment monitoring can give everyone greater control over their own health and safety, using their smartphones. The customer will also have the option to opt in to access wider environmental data covering their local area,” said Erez Weinroth, CEO, Mobile Physics. “ST’s direct ToF sensors enabled us to deliver a solution with accuracy close to that of high-end dedicated environment monitors but at lower cost and in a smaller package.”
The team at Mobile Physics has made ingenious use of the data from our dToF sensor to produce this groundbreaking yet economical and elegant environment monitor,” said Alex Balmefrezol, General Manager, Imaging Sub-Group at STMicroelectronics. “We are delighted to enable this new, wellness-enhancing feature that complements the established ToF use cases providing even more value to our customers.“
The air-quality sensing solution developed with ST is included in Mobile Physics’ EnviroMeter Software Development Kit (SDK), which also provides data on temperature, wind, precipitation, humidity, light-intensity, UV, and noise-level monitoring. Sensing can detect particles smaller than 2.5 micron and thus empower users to protect their health. The solution does not require any additional equipment; a standard dToF sensor and the Mobile Physics software is all that is needed.
To learn more about this solution, come to the ST booth (7A61) at Mobile World Congress 2024 where we will showcase the air-quality monitoring demonstration.

Morning FJ-215 ,

Yep it's hard to impossible to figure out what price the company has set as the minimum.

Until such time as the company reveals the share price limit .....henc

Yeah that's what I'm talking about Doz 👍

The rules are made to suit them, as well as, whether they decide to follow them or not, depends on how best it suits their agenda.

How many separate accounts can they use, if they actually "had" to stick within the limits?...
There are so many quotes from Warren Buffett and other investors but one thing they never tell you.
Investment is biased towards rich and influential persons. They can do anything to any stock at their wish.
Retail investor is always a fearing person and have limited resources to see through those smoke mirrors.
So as a retail investor your wisdom, patience, experience and knowledge can help you in long run.

I have to say when we hit 0.305 briefly and were sitting up 20% the ASX would have had a finger ready to push send, but it was
nicely controlled back to 7.8% up at the close, nice work.

Real-Time Vehicle Diagnostics

Telematics systems achieve real-time vehicle diagnostics through:

  1. Data Collection: Telematics systems collect an extensive range of data from the vehicle’s sensors and systems including engine health, fuel efficiency, tire pressure, battery voltage, and more, that were previously inaccessible without manual inspection.
  2. Data Transmission: Once collected, the data is transmitted in real-time to the cloud platform via wireless connectivity or TCU, ensuring immediate accessibility regardless of the vehicle’s location.
  3. Data Analysis: Through advanced machine learning and predictive services, complex algorithms process and analyze the data, transforming it into actionable insights. Additionally, cybersecurity measures are implemented to ensure the integrity and security of the vehicle information.
  4. Alerts and Notifications: Based on the analysis, the telematics system can generate real-time alerts and notifications for fleet managers, drivers, or maintenance personnel. For example, if the system detects an engine fault code or a drop in tire pressure, it can immediately notify the relevant parties.
  5. Historical Data Tracking: Telematics systems also maintain a historical record of vehicle data for tracking trends and identifying long-term performance issues. It can assist in proactive maintenance planning.

Predictive Maintenance

Predictive maintenance is a proactive approach to vehicle maintenance that aims to address issues before they result in costly breakdowns. Telematics systems is a fusion of telematics ECU and telematics cloud technologies excel in enabling predictive maintenance by:

  1. Condition Monitoring: The TCU gathers essential data from the vehicle and transmits it to the telematics cloud for ongoing monitoring of various vehicle components and systems. This includes engine health, brake wear, transmission performance, and more, establishing baseline operational norms.
  2. Predictive Algorithms: These advanced self-learning algorithms use deviations from established baselines and historical data to anticipate potential failures.
  3. Preventive Alerts: When the telematics system predicts a potential issue, it sends preventive alerts including information about the problem, its severity, and recommended actions to maintenance teams or fleet managers allowing teams to schedule repairs or replacements proactively, minimizing downtime and reducing repair costs.
  4. Cost Savings: Predictive maintenance reduces unexpected breakdowns. This leads to significant cost savings for businesses.

Benefits of Real-Time Vehicle Diagnostics and Predictive Maintenance

The adoption of telematics systems yields various benefits:

  1. Increased Safety: Real-time monitoring ensures prompt identification of potential safety issues to prevent accidents.
  2. Reduced Downtime: Predictive maintenance minimizes unexpected breakdowns, which are crucial for fleet-dependent businesses.
  3. Cost Savings: Predictive maintenance optimizes maintenance schedules, reducing costs associated with unnecessary repairs and replacements.
  4. Improved Fuel Efficiency: Real-time data aids adjustments for better fuel efficiency, lowering operating costs.
  5. Enhanced Asset Management: Telematics systems provide valuable data on vehicle usage, tracking, and performance. This helps businesses make informed decisions about their fleet management and investment strategies.

I don't think the actual quote was so definitive..

Maybe someone can dig it up..

My recollection, is that it was more along the lines of..

But maybe, they were just being a bit coy about it..

That only makes Shorting a more reliable contrarian indicator for longs. Not that long ago BR had shorts totaling circa 8,2% now around 4.3ish%.
That tells us that shorts are losing interest which puts a watch on for longs.
Its amazing how when the big players put big bets on a short that the Financial media all of sudden start saturation negative often deliberately wrong press influencing the market.
Makes you wonder whether palms are greased. Shorters can get away with bad mouthing stocks in any way they chose whereas companies are severely restricted in what they can tell the market.
For example a shorter can publish or arrange to be published a negative report with no evidence as to how the contents were put together and scare the market. A company on the other hand needs to be able to verify or explain with evidence everything it puts to the market.

TMH, owned by HC, did that exact thing, when they pinned a trashy write up, to the top of the forum thread, smearing BrainChip and loaded with underhanded, skewed interpretations, on how the Company was run and what it had to offer.

It made a Motley Fool article, look like a respected publication.

The end result of which, produced this forum 👍
