Interesting , would appear that LDA Capiitol Ltd have been issued some if not all of the next traunch of up to 40,000,000 shares from our capitol call.

IF ....LDA Capitol has been issued the full 40 million shares, ...then it would appear thay have liquidated some 15,704,859 shares.

With our share price over $0.325 to $0.33 yesterday thay could potentialy have offloaded some , with the base of $0.30 per security returned to BrainChip whilst skimming off their 8.5% margin.

Would certainly be a possible explanation for some of the volume churned through yesterday.

Our last Top 20 Holders list which was released on 28.1.2024 did not have LDA within the holders , so BrainChip has deffinately started to vest the new Capital Call shares to them.

* POSSIBLE.... pure speculation.... one of the large German holders listed could be Cosors , 300tons of free lollies at the carnivali yeserday would lead to a severe sugar rush. .

LDA were issued 25M shares for the latest call. Back on the 18th of January, @Doz reported that they had sold down to below 1.6M shares so they were basically done by that time. Guessing we will be lucky to have raised $4.5M as that would mean an average price of 18 cents a share.

Yep it's hard to impossible to figure out what price the company has set as the minimum.

Until such time as the company reveals the share price limit .....hence until the transaction has been completed its all speculation.

Personally I'd would hope the base was over $0.30 per stock return to our company.

I suspect the same, IMO we will need to wait for the daily shorting data from yesterday. If the volume is low you would expect that original accumulator offload their shares... if shorting is high you would think they're still holding and someone else has attempted to drive it back down.

Emergence of small satellites for earth observation missions has opened up new horizons for space research but at the same time posed newer challenges of limited power and compute resource arising out of the size & weight constraints imposed by these satellites. The currently evolving neuromorphic computing paradigm shows promise in terms of energy efficiency and may possibly be exploited here. In this paper, we try to prove the applicability of neuromorphic computing for on-board data processing in satellites by creating a 2-stage hierarchical cloud cover detection application for multi-spectral earth observation images. We design and train a CNN and convert it into SNN using the CNN2SNN conversion toolkit of Brainchip Akida neuromorphic platform. We achieve 95.46% accuracy while power consumption and latency are at least 35x and 3.4x more efficient respectively in stage-1 (and 230x & 7x in stage-2) compared to the equivalent CNN running on Jetson TX2.

Microchip is has been ready since CES 2024 to start approaching its customers with the AKIDA Microchip platform.

Edge Impulse who is now able to offer Nvidia TAO software on its platform allowing its 100,000 plus engineers to run TAO on AKIDA via MetaTF is publishing solutions for traffic management and security in public spaces using AKIDA.

EDGX taking AKIDA into space with the European Space Agency.
