Patents are worthless if they're defending a concept that's not commercially viable. If BRN doesn't start making serious revenue soon then it won't have the resources to defend patent infringements anyway. This is simply a red herring designed to distract would-be investors from what is actually going on.
'The cornerstone of BRN value' what a bloody joke. The actual cornerstone of BRN value is IP licences, royalties and big tier 1 companies shouting from the rooftops about how amazing akida is. None of which appear to be happening.

That is exactly what every doubter said about new products before they took off. Motor Vehicles, Airplanes even the wheel would have had its doubters.
Ther process is Patent protection - product development - demand - sales - profit - etc. You appear to want to skip the first 2 or 3 steps. Unfortunately there are no shortcuts because the business is not worth much if our products are not patent protected.

Yes some good buys today wasn't sure what the closing price would be. As always it's instos that scooped up the 29.5 some huge orders of over 500k. I bought a lot in the 28 and 29s so my sack is very full of chips anyway. Next week the action should be over 30 I assume with less shorts
