Hi Chips,

Do we know the pricing for Akida 2.

It's performance will be significantly better than Akida 1, so I hope the price will match the improvement.

That way, there will still be a market for Akida 1.

We do IP so the pricing will be based on an IP model and will vary from customer to customer. The price of our reference chips is cheap and are in line with the approach we have taken to getting adoption - providing development platforms for free and cheap hardware for verification. There’s nothing wrong with that - we are not selling a Nvidia Jetson.

Just like akida 1000 1st batch is available, gone into testing, performance results better than expected, chips are allocated, after two years it was not robust, software was not available.
No one wants to believe akida 1000 was a flop and we could not even recover the costs leave alone profits.

What rubbish, Akida1.0 has sold at least 2 IP licences plus Megachips has bought another 4 million dollars in licenses last year. Akida1.0 is also now available as AKD1500 in FDSOI - which must have been requested by future customer(s). I don’t think you fully understand what is playing out, selling IP into future products takes significant time. We all wish that wasn’t the case but it is what it is.

What is possible in the next month before index re-balancing:

- Mercedes announce Akida in one of their upcoming models
- shorts are returned because of possible index funds requiring shares back
- Trading Halt while all this is happening to announce a new IP Customer
- Index funds have to re-purchase BRN shares on market again.

Then after that:
- Less short sales because BRN share price is building momentum. See MP1 short sale history for a turnaround story

what’s happening?

Just got a 1700 dollar electricity bill that's what's happening
Some context has estimated bills for over 5 quarters so finally had a look at my meter and called them with the current meter reading.
But yeah still seems high as my average bills when read were around 280 per Q

I’ve never told anyone this before as it’s so petty, but I have a list of people on hot crapper I’m waiting to tell to fuck off, and I really think an announcement like this would be the perfect opportunity to do it.

This video could be quite significant. I’m getting a little excited about the way the presenter describes this technology - it sounds very familiar..

I think back to a couple of years ago when Elon ditched Radar and LiDAR to just use cameras and maybe that was because as displayed in the video the NN can work directly with the millions of videos that had already been recorded on the open road (over some 10 years). To be able to be trained on just the videos and not out on the road itself and then to be able to apply what has been learned in the videos to the real world suggests an intelligence and REAL learning capability not available in ANY form of conventional computer architecture. BrainChip has already demonstrated this kind of intelligence with Akida - when training Akida on a picture of a tiger in the wild and then showing it a toy tiger standing on a table and having Akida recognise the toy as the tiger in the picture, that is real and UNIQUE intelligence. AIMO.
