In Reality - all the past 4C's and this one are all next to no revenue(negligible) for where the company needs to be in the short term to support this current market cap and higher. If the 4C's show less than 5mil a quarter then it's all still negligible revenue to me and were all still waiting for the larger story of brainchip to play out and larger revenue to kick in. 1mil or 40k in the 4C - they are all low amounts and does not matter that there is a drop as it is a negligible to negligible QoQ revenue.

We need 5mil+ per quarter to show anything tangible to support the SP and move it back up. Unfortunately the SP will be roasted in the short term now on this next lacking 4C as Sean had indicated some revenue growth - while lumpy - but growth. Technically it is showing lumpy but I did expect bigger lumps than 1 or 2 mil in a 4C to be able to support the current market cap, we need $5mil plus per 4C to support around 50c - $10mil+ to be back over $1. Alternatively if some deals are revealed to the market to quantify revenue that that would also suffice.

What we need to understand at the AGM is how will revenue come in - will there be some larger milestone development payments that will come in at some point(when) or is it purely mostly royalties and when are bulk royalties expected to start. If Sean cannot provide this or does not want to it leaves all investors in a very exposed and further volatile SP position in the short term until revenue can be somehow quantified by Brainchip

Holding onto what I've got
Whats frustrating is MF will down ramp BRN today bagging the company, more and more as it goes on and I have nothing to rebuttal against them now.

Management needs to start laying out a timeline for the future generations 2 3 4 etc, why we're needing to hire staff if it just seems they're doing jack!

Question for any finance guru's.
The Letter of Credit with First Republic Bank who is currently looking down the barrel of a law suit from Floridian Pension funds.
They have also had a massive run on funds withdrawn and their share price has tanked as they were put into a similar basket as Silicon Valley Bank.
Has Brainchip had to outlay any money or assets t secure this letter of credit??

LDA had 24M and now 9M, so they have sold 15M recently. If they got the shares for 58c, it would have been a big loss for them?

Top 20 shareholders announcement released... will there even be 20 of us left?? haha

I can't afford to sell so i'll continue to ride the waves with a smile on my face. A positive is that us kiwis can finish work 2 hours earlier than you lot in aussie and get stuck into some beers to drown our sorrows.

Have a good day! Life goes on.

Nope 40k is just a little too small, they are supposed to be receiving payments for providing engineering support to our EAPs (supposedly over 10)... they didn't even bother commenting why it's so low... their numbers didn't even match for below... bonus was higher than revenue ^^...

BrainChip reported net operating cash outflows of US$6.3M vs.US$1.9M in the prior quarter.
Cash inflow from customers in the current quarter of US$0.04M was lower than the prior quarter (US$1.1M).
Total payments to suppliers and employees of US$6.2M in the current quarter was higher than the prior quarter (US$3.8M) due to the payment of 2022 bonuses to employees of US$0.92M,
US$0.45M to third party engineering services and US$0.5M
for renewal of corporate insurance
policies, recruitment services and other corporate costs.

Explosion of sales!

Don't miss the bus!

We will flood the market with our chips!

We will break even on quarterly expenses!

Watch the financials! 😆

Our company will be judged by the next AGM! Hold on tight

In 2020, 2023 will be out year

In 2023, 2030 will definitely be our year

I am so much in the red I can not even sell. I assume I have lost 100k, and I can only laugh about it.

40k in revenue. Thank you Sean Heihr great job

Nothing much to see in this 4C for revenue...Ohh well we look forward to FY24 and FY25 for the bigger plays.

Surely by now people investing in companies understand the difference between revenue and cash receipts...
Maybe I should just listen to all of these smarter-than-me "emerged" accounts and sell

What is bewildering is that they have clearly changed tack to Akida 2nd Gen as A1 wasn’t able to be commercialised, yet they can’t even lay out a clear timeline as to delivery of A2? There is no clear launch timeframe is it this quarter, this year or next year….who knows?

Surely management have a rough idea of when Renesas and Megachips plan to start using Akida at scale in their products. It would be great if we could get an indication of roughly when that is going to occur.
