The author talks about corporations having legal personality, but I think Sir Edward Coke CJ of the King's Bench nailed it in The Case of Sutton's Hospital (1612) 77 Eng Rep 960:Yuval Noah Harari, speaks of a "Useless Class" of people, who are not only unemployed, but unemployable.
