I’m really starting to think what LDA has to do with the share price movements. Yes they will need to sell at a high price to maximize profit. But what if LDA shorted first at peak, then all they need is to return the shares they get from the financing deal at as low price as possible.

The ASX is wary of IT shares following the dot-com bust. They probably view the AI boom with a jaundiced eye. What is a neuromorphic chip anyway?

We have been yellow-carded for injudicious use of the hockey stick. Management takes the view that we cannot afford a second yellow card, even if it means the shorters score the occasional goal.

Ive emailed TD and voiced my concern of the s/p destruction being intolerable and that management/BOD must call a trading halt and investigate/communicate what the FUCK is going on !!!!!!!!

I wish I could share your confidence. The comms from the company are woefully inadequate.

What makes you think they will change to support the shareholder?

@belkin I assume that you meant this question for me? Well I think a lot of the action we are seeing today is based on a combination of shorters exiting (before the annual report) and perhaps stop losses being hit. I also think that the annual report may contain some extra revenue (via Megachips) that we haven’t seen in the 4c’s and with Renesas production chips later this year plus Socionext, Valeo and MB all coming on line in the next 12-18 months I feel confident that when I need to sell some at roughly this time next year, the SP will better reflect the above.
