Some interesting demonstrations in the December 2022 Edge AI and Vision Innovation Forum below:

2nd video mentions their multi platform hardware called the ‘Edge AI Appliance Box’ which was developed in partnership with three other companies (couldn’t catch the first two) including AMD, running edge AI and inference on top!

It’s a security monitoring system of up to 8 cameras for smart cities or smart shops.

With all of these recent partnership reveals I think we are fast approaching the point where current NDA's will have served their purpose and may well be renegotiated or cancelled. Consider this: at CES there is a real possibility that a number of our customers will be touting the game changing advantage that AKIDA gives them. If their competitors are also using AKIDA wouldn't it be in the competitor's best interest to also reveal that they are using AKIDA? Take Merc and BMW for example. We know that Merc are using AKIDA so if BMW happen to be using the same technology then they'll need to reveal it pretty soon or customers will gravitate to the proven product in a Merc.
This same scenario would surely be playing out between other users as well. CES may be bigger than we think 🤔
I'm starting to take the approach that the " NDA's" might be there more for our own Co's IP & Patent's protection so as to keep our EAP's, Partnerships, Client's, Associations, Ecosystems and financial details etc etc in line with privacy concerns which in turn will allow BRN to keep a tight reign on things and exclusivity of our IP generally.

What's that old saying, no honour between thieves and shorters lol.

There appears to be a lot of upward pressure with today's information and the CES upcoming?

Wouldn't it be a shame if the dam wall busted and we find out who the fastest rats are?

Interesting videos. Quite a few mentions of Qualcomm and NVIDIA. The other thing I noticed is that products are available NOW.

To your point FF, Xilinx was mentioned, and they are owned by AMD. The other name mentioned was Dekinara or kinara, just not sure.
What is so far not mentioned is firstly Brainchip has a link to Xilinx going back to at least 2019. Secondly Xilinx, AMD and Kinara.ai are in the box. Thirdly Kinara.ai is a multi channel accelerator running at 3.5 watts. The Ai inference is on top of the box.

The speculation that I am inviting here is that as Xilinx, AMD and Kinara.ai are in the box then the question needs to be asked what is providing the Ai inference on top of the box? What also can provide the Ai inference on top of the Nvidia box? Anyone recall Nviso running their demo after the Brainchip AGM with AKIDA running inference on top of the Nvidia Jetson box?

Sorry did I mention that Rob Telson said in response to whether Nvidia was a competitor that they saw Nvidia more as a partner moving forward.

Before todays confirmation that Brainchip and VVDN are jointly presenting at CES 2023 in the next 5 to 8 days or so we would not have been in any position to speculate on this but as we do now know this fact what are the odds that the Ai inference on top of the box is AKIDA technology in some form or other?

Could VVDN be using a less than Science Fiction Beast to provide the on top Ai and inference? Does this even make any sense? They are already pushing the power boundary in the Xilinx box so for Edge computing the power savings for Ai inference on top become very useful.

No guarantees in this world as stupid decisions are made by bright people every single day of the week according to Blind Freddie and as he says he should know he made a stupid decision in 1958 not to take his spade with his bucket to the beach and the sand was so hot it was painful picking it up to fill his bucket. I can assure you he never made that mistake again even to this day. 😂🤣😂😁😎

Anyway my speculation and opinion only so DYOR

  • Quadrant Knowledge Solutions' SPARK Matrix™ provides competitive analysis & ranking of the leading Product Engineering Services (PES) vendors.
  • VVDN Technologies, with its comprehensive technology in PES and customer experience management, has received strong ratings across the parameters of service excellence and customer impact.
MIDDLETON, Mass., Dec. 14, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Quadrant Knowledge Solutions announced today that it has named VVDN Technologies as a 2022 leader in the SPARK Matrix analysis of the global Product Engineering Services (PES) market. Quadrant Knowledge Solutions' SPARK Matrix™ includes a detailed analysis of the global market dynamics, major trends, vendor landscape, and competitive positioning. The study provides a competitive analysis and ranking of the leading service providers in the form of its SPARK Matrix. It gives strategic information for users to evaluate different provider capabilities, competitive differentiation, and market positions.
According to Ignatius Daniel, Analyst, Quadrant Knowledge Solutions, "VVDN Technologies offers end-to-end PES from conceptualization to development and testing. The company's product engineering capabilities include software development, microprocessors, operating systems, android, industrial design, and testing automation. VVDN helps global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), system integrators, and telcos with complete customized solutions development. The company differentiates itself in the PES market with its domain expertise, R&D, silicon partner ecosystem, hardware engineering, and manufacturing services. VVDN's key focus areas include continuous investments to expand its infrastructure and resources and deliver products with quality and performance. The company has received strong ratings across service excellence and customer impact and has been positioned as a leader in the 2022 SPARK Matrix in the PES market."
"We are honored that Quadrant Knowledge Solution has recognized VVDN Technologies as a "Leader" in the 2022 SPARK Matrix for Product Engineering Services (PES)," says Girija Vedi, VVDN Technologies, Vice President - Marketing & Pre-Sales.
Girija Vedi also added: "VVDN has deep expertise in electronic product engineering, from ideation to product delivery, including Software, Hardware, RF Engineering, FPGA development, Industrial and Mechanical design, Product Testing & Certification, and Testing Automation. By adding new skill sets, VVDN has emerged as one of the strongest product engineering companies focused on qualitative products and timely delivery. This recognition by Quadrant Knowledge Solutions is a testimony to our commitment to product engineering and digital space. We will continue to invest in our infrastructure expansion, R&D centers, and people, which are the core of our engineering strength."
Quadrant Knowledge Solutions defines Product Engineering Services (PES) as a solution that facilitates product innovation from conceptualization to the decline phase by integrating software, IT service solutions, and hardware components to enhance business prospects. PES addresses the entire spectrum of product engineering for hardware and software service portfolios covering new product development, testing, quality control, maintenance, end-of-life support, and product re-engineering. The providers of this service address any or all the above requirements through their domain expertise, in-house solutions, research & development (R&D) resources, and partnership ecosystem. PES focuses on understanding and meeting user needs by leveraging technology in innovative ways.
The vendors in the PES market operate in an agile environment as the client requirements are dynamic and subject to change during the project, thus, increasing the technology and product complexity. Though some vendors carry out in-house PES for their captive centers, others may need specialist PES vendors to address the lack of adequate resources or domain knowledge to develop products independently. PES vendors assist organizations with business consulting and product development strategies and govern end-to-end aspects of the product lifecycle, thereby reducing cost and time to market.

It is of course great to see green but everyone of my current holdings are sitting in green territory.

The other problem is that Brainchip’s volume on Commsec at 6.6 million shares traded is on target to fall well short of one percent of shares on issue being traded.

Caution needs to be exercised.

There is a clear trend towards ubiquitous commercial success emerging but until a clear trend is in evidence in volume and price I am not convinced this current move is the one we want AND the one that is most certainly going to manifest itself to the delight of us all.

My opinion only DYOR
