I'm pretty sure that Honda already has level 3 available on the Honda Legend vehicle.Can't wait for the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2023. In this article which was only just published online 5 hours ago says Sony Honda Mobility promises that it will announce something big in Las Vegas on January 4!
I also noticed that it states "Sony Honda Mobility has promised that Level 3 autonomous driving will be possible". All I could think about after reading this was Christophe Perillat's (CEO Valeo) previously statement which seems to indicate that Level 3 can only be achieved with " an extraordinary sensor, a lidar that only Valeo manufactures in the world".

Just having a squiz at the Northrop Grumman web site and did an Akida search on the off chance of a hit, and this article pops up.
It doesn't mention Akida but is an article on neuromorphic camera technology, uncanny.

I normally feel a bit “meh” when it comes to seminars but the 2023 CES has me feeling giddy. It’s shaping as if Valeo and mercedes are ready to showcase what they have ready and will be manufacturing thru 2023 ready for 2024 release. I feel they might blow the shackles off the secrecy around the specs and there is no more assuming akida is used it will be hard facts.

This is something I've posted about before in relation to using DVS in cars. My guess is that they set the threshold to compensate for the camera movement, but it seems to me to be pretty complex.
Here is a patent application which addresses the problem:

Sorry, can't help noticing you stated 'Speeding Ticket (TICK)'. Did you happen to write speeding ticket down before it was given out, and as soon as it was so wonderfully received you gave it a big tick, haha.

If not used before, I find this site and the charts provided handy for tracking Anns against SP action and a quick view of what the Ann was & provides a link to click on to read the actual Ann and the SP at the time.
Example below.
Open the chart & click on "show news" at the bottom of the chart then click on a "dot" (highlighted...geez, they're everywhere huh
) & that brings up the text box with what Ann's were there.
The text box stays open for a few seconds (if you click on the dot) or you can hover over the dot and the text box pops up to have a quick look, till you move cursor off the dot.
If you clicked the dot & kept text box open, you can then click on the Ann hyperlink, and it opens the original Ann to review.
Red - sensitive & black - not.
