Listening to the latest podcast! To me makes us look ambitious in thinking that this woman/person with decades of knowledge isn’t that inspired by our tech.
Would it not surprise me if we made her/them seem uneducated with the next announcement to blow the sentiment into the stratosphere.
I do think Brainchip do play on our emotions and reward the long players.
Good luck all. Great top up opportunity in play.

Ah but yes worth watching again and again right
Absolutely. What appeals most to me is this is a career Chief Financial Officer filling in while Brainchip is growing.

I know for a fact he finds presenting very stressful and very much outside the image he has of himself so we are seeing a real person not a professional sales person.

His underlying enthusiasm and belief shines through.

My opinion only DYOR

Hi @Slade

The answer to the what the two forms relate too has been now provided by the company Secretary:

1. The lapsed shares related to a former US based employee - just housekeeping.

2. The 2 million shares were as I thought the 2 million already vested and dealt with in the previous notices last week. They are not new or bonus shares for the CEO for any purpose sensible or factious - just housekeeping.

3. The exercise of options was by multiple employees in various amounts - Also housekeeping.

So a completely innocuous set of announcements which had they been written in Australian English would have caused no problems of interpretation for an old retired Australian lawyer.

Well thank goodness you got to the bottom of it. It was a Clayton’s announcement.

Yep so true FF .. lucky to have had the chance to meet Ken personally when he was here in Perth after the AGM in Sydney this year .. we had a great chat over a couple of beers about Brainchip of course!... but mostly life in general and he did come across as a very modest laid back easy to chat to individual who is as excited as the rest of us about the future of BRN.

'The Team' that BRN are putting together is absolutely outstanding! 🙏

Very proud and privileged to be a Share Holder

To lose patience is to lose the battle

Our time 'will' come

Valeo have this post on LinkedIn as a teaser!

It obviously a sensor/vision/LiDAR related which could involve Akida but I can’t work out what it is… and as a teaser they’re not saying either!

Hopefully that equates to Akida doing the compute for obvious reasons!

You’d need a science fiction beast to do that with low power, cloud free on the fly!

Where WANCAs are concerned do not think that there are any limits to their depraved behaviour when it comes to manipulating and stealing ordinary retail investor money particularly when it is for something really important like their wives needing plastic surgery:

Ha,
defrauds $1.8 million, and gets a 12 month community corrections order, sounds fair............

That should motivate others not to follow.

Intel is celebrating the 75th anniversary of the transistor. In Dr. Ann Kelleher's IEDM talk, she shared her vision for the future of the chip industry, which features Intel at the forefront of semiconductor innovation. Ann also talked about the key shift from a “system on chip” to a “system of chips” approach. Her vision aligns perfectly with the systems foundry approach I recently outlined in an article here on LinkedIn. This paradigm shift will enable the solutions required by our customers to meet today’s evolving industry challenges. You can read more about Intel’s presence at IEDM below.

Additionally, you can find my LinkedIn article about the systems foundry approach here:

@MC🐠 I taping on the ❤ on your post from LinkedIn

@MC🐠 Post was something like this.

Learning say;
As the LinkedIn post say this; and the Twitter didn't

" If we told you that your #car could now park itself, after you're shown it the first time around, would you believe us? Here is the proof"

Maybe I am biased, but that statement from Valeo could easily interpret to "One Shot Learning/ On Chip Learning"

Here is a thought which in my opinion should be given weight.

The two million shares received by the CEO are part of his salary.

Ignoring that he sold 972,000 odd shares to pay his tax I would like to draw attention to the fact that the CEO has actually spent close to $800,000 of his salary to acquire 1,083,000 Brainchip shares.

Before you dismiss this consider the situation where instead of agreeing to take cash and shares the CEO insisted on receiving an all cash salary.

The cash would have been taxed as occurred with the share based payment. The tax paid would be the same.

If the CEO then took $800,000.00 of his cash salary and bought 1,083,000 shares according to some here this would be a sign of faith in Brainchip.

If it is why is the CEOs retention of 1,083,000 shares instead of selling all two million shares to convert them all to a cash salary less worthy???

Those who are ignoring the retention of these shares as proof of the CEO having faith in BRAINCHIP need to stand back and look again at his actions. He could have very easily chosen to have all 2 million shares sold and the $800,000 odd dollars handed to him and then bought Tesla, Nvidia, Amazon or Google shares or even Berkshire Hathaway but no he chose to buy/keep 1,083,000 Brainchip shares.

A point that’s being missed here is that paying him in shares and causing the take implications means more total shares are needed to be issued than if yea was paid in cash and bought the shares which dilutes our holding.
