“One announcement away from being a shooting star for the day”.. I’ve heard that mantra every day from many on here when the share price was 1.90 then 1.80 then 1.70 then 1.60 then 1.50 then 1.40 then 1.30……. The share price has fallen almost 55% in just over a month… And this from a stock that has begun their commercialisation process and purports to be the gatekeepers to the 4th Industrial Revolution ??
Your choice of language in your last couple of posts indicate that you do not consider that Akida has strong commercial prospects. What is the basis of your assessment of Akida's commercial potential?
Some of the reasons I have for having confidence in BrainChip:
The commercial version of Akida with CNN-2-SNN, MetaTF, on-chip learning, one-shot learning, optional 4-bit weights and activations, ultra-low power usage, high speed, off-line capability, digitally controllable, performs better than anticipated.
The Akida tech has been repeatedly authenticated by Tier 1 players Socionext, TSMC, Renesas, MegaChips, Mercedes ...
The alternative analog SNN technology is mostly in the research stage and lacks the capabilities of Akida.
True North and Loihi are floundering in Akida's wake.
Below is a screenshot of Apple's historical share price. While it took Apple 3 decades to attain hockey stick growth, the tech market is now an entirely different beast. In fact Apple played a major role in putting tech in the hands of the general public. Before then, there were no PCs, no mobile phones, no internet, no Google, no Wikipedia, no Facebook, ...
Clunky AI has been around for a few years. The demand for more effective AI is building strongly. The time scale for adoption of the third wave of AI will be greatly compressed compared to that of Apple.
