Tantelex will lose the PER over the tailings. Only the owners of the underlying concession can apply for an overlying PER.Would the surface rights payment exclude the area the Tantalex tailings occupy? If so, it might take a while to calculate the surface rights payment.
I’ve noticed a couple of fairly recent articles on Tantalex (with some references to AVZ) which may be of interest to some here.

Keep that suspension going for a while Nigel. I think mid July lithium will start to rebound strongly. I pulled this date out of my rear-end.

I wonder how the downrampers will turn this outage into being an issue caused by AVZ
(something, something soveriegn risk).Ironically the site I use to make Simpsons meme's was one of the sites down.

Davy Boy went in a headspin in them days and still can't get his head around what really happened.
He still believes Far was wronged by WPL, even after the ICC ruling.
However...
Far contends it was not allowed to exercise its right to pre-empt the sale of Conoco’s stake in the joint venture.
If it had, Far would have been able to increase its 15% stake for what was considered a relatively cheap price.
Far asked for the ICC ruling, not WPL.
In this case Zijin is asking for the ICC ruling, not AVZ.
I didn't expect to have to read about fucking FAR on the AVZ thread.
I sold out of FAR, before it went pear shaped, when WPL bought ConocoPhilips Senegal and I bought more WPL shares from the proceeds.
Anyhow I have enough of his irrelevant dribble.
