AVZ made the payment and Cong's bank returned it as previously instructed by Cong's letter of opposition on July 5th 2021. The writ of summons for a stay of payment from the Commercial Court of Lubumbashi was served to AVZ on August 28th 2021 which was after AVZ completed the SPA's on August 16th 2021.

Correct me if I'm wrong Carlos, but this ruling that just got handed down now means that all other ICC cases will fall in our favour as the jin cheng dispute and the dathcom dispute hinged on this dathomir ownership dispute?

Jin Cheng dispute was thrown out on jurisdiction as it is the company register of Dathcom that is the basis for ownership and not the RCCM

Cominiere dispute (about the purported termination of the Dathcom JVA among other things) is still ongoing and is not directly impacted by this ruling at least until the other 5% is settled and only then it will be to discredit all actions taken by Dathomir after August 2021 in regards to Dathcom (eg their attempt to also terminate the Dathcom JVA among other things)

Jin Cheng and Cominiere dispute for damages is still ongoing but the recent decision to include Dathomir now relies soley on the remaining Dathomir 5%

Cong should have made a deal while he had a chance as the other 5% of Dathcom being ruled as legally acquired by AVZ is imminent

The funds I sent were stolen by the scammers, who never intended to provide any legitimate tokens. It was devastating to see such a large portion of my investment disappear with no way to reverse the transaction.
