This text should serve as a basis for future discussions. According to our information, Congolese and Rwandan technical delegations are expected in Washington next week. The objective: to defend their respective positions before considering a formal meeting between the foreign ministers.

That was on the 6th June. So they should be in Washington this week

Seems like it's going to be difficult for DRC and Rwanda to make a peace deal in the next couple weeks..... AVZ-Kobold deal probably going to be delayed

Definitely potential for delays. However it could be worse. At least they are still saying they are committed to US Gov initiated mediation process.

If it's delayed, no reason for AVZ to continue ICSID suspension. Full steam ahead with ICSID to give us a fair value. Rather than continue with Kobold potentially low balling us.
