He needs help, or a 4 by 4 in his neck.
He realised nobody was interested in his BS on X, had a cold shoulder here, now looking for attention on the crapper.
I am really surprised people respond to the idiot.
Haha yeah i responded once and he got my post deleted...pretty touchy is our lost Ten doggie

Export ban on Cobalt in DRC will end by June 22 ... Will there be an extension while next to this peace deal is expected to have in place and close to due date for minerals deal (AVZ <-->Kobold) regarding ICSID suspension.

Couldn't agree more. He knows nothing.

August blocked me on Twitter for calling out his Trump Derrangement Syndrome.

But he clearly knows more than most and is very clued into African mining from an American perspective. I don't see any reason why he's not saying what be beleives is the truth from a mining regard.

Have a look at KAI ….. a pulse can be felt after a long long time. Could run soon ?????

Its like popcorn in the pan, anything can pop at any moment, any explorer that discovers a resource gets a bump (havent looked at if KAI are drilling) but given how SUPER depressed lithium is right now if I was accumulating (which I am not until AVZ sorts itself out), I would be buying undervalued producers like PLS (DYOR not advice just opinion).

That said if US is serious about a non-china supply chain, I would also look towards James Bay area in Canada over WA.

So one f***witt has completely ruined it for all those that get a lot out of this thread, but aren't big contributors, and also aren't on side messaging services? Awesome...
How is it even possible a single person can get threads deleted, that's mind-blowing

Any chance we can get back to talking about AVZ ?
Currently ( apparently) the experts from DRC and Rawanda are in Washington discussing the draft peace agreement with the aim of said agreement being signed sometime this coming week ( 15 th and on ).
Hard to see how this is going to get done but i do remain hopeful. Anyone have any news re the progression of the current negotiations ?

August Cohen suggesting the Kobold deal wont go ahead if DRC and Rwanda fail to reach an agreement

Yeah while not explicitly stated publicly its highly likely to be a part of Kobolds Framework, which AVZ have agreed to (nonbinding). So if the US can organise a peace deal between DRC and Rwanda (and in exchange get access to minerals under a transparent separate parallel system of governance, free of corruption) and IF DRC agree to grant ML and full ownership to kobold (they already stated they want cominiere out) on sale and if the compensation for commercial rights to Manono (south) is high enough to satisfy our BOD, AVZ will sell and we all will get paid.

If a peace deal doesn't materialise Kobold will have to change/adapt their framework taking into account the changed political cricumstances or forgo it.... given how much they have invested in Africa (and the US focus) its likely *something* will happen.

Basically the stakes are elevated now with AVZ (and the rest of the central African Mineral wealth) at stake in a global political shift of power.... hopefully that translates into a massive payday for us.

Securing the worlds largest known source of lithium energy one shovel deep below natural ground is a no brainer.
The US will pave a way for Kobold to ensure that it can get it to port and to the USA.
I'm more now thinking that Trump will provide finance to Kobold and pay them royalties over life of mine. The payment to AVZ is just a formality, whether it's $10B or $20B

I actually see it in a positive light.
Their whole game is f....d. It's either about revenge or attempting to keep themselves out of sharing a dorm with 199 Uyghurs.

I'm really grateful to those who've taken the trouble to restore the resources, but ultimately the nefarious acts will have little negative effect. Losers.

The top crapper today is my old mate Amovatio:

"AVZ drops the ICC and ICSID" cases! IMO Neither will happen without a Full agreement for the ML to be issued for both North and South. Seriously, the North is part of the negotiations now with the DRC. This area is the critical sticking point which the DRC does not want to pay compensation for.
The corrupt deal that was done to change the Mining code so that Manono Lithium/Zijin could acquire it would almost certainly be our next challenge after the initial ICSID Hearing.

AVZ already has preliminary verdicts against the DRC and Cominiere. So the DRC has no leverage should a legal challenge be mounted for the North and South areas to be included as one Permit area that AVZ should be granted a ML for. The DRC know proceeding to ICSID is a no win situation for them. There is no way Zjin is going to keep Manono North. A second legal case is almost inevitable for AVZ to pursue the North if a decision is made to go to the ICSID hearing now. A verdict to award the North to AVZ will be almost automatic on the back of the first hearing.

I hope AVZ stand firm on the due date for negotiated outcome with the DRC, before 23rd June. Under no circumstances should AVZ extend the period of negotiation. The DRC need to act immediately and start making decisions for their future or the situation in the DRC and for the safety of its citizens is going to get seriously worse for them.

How can anyone believe the Rwandans want to be party to a security deal. The Rwandans think they are on the world stage dictating the terms to International investors wanting access to their Mineral wealth. IMO the Rwandans believe they can take the DRC and then control where the Minerals go. The M3 Rebels are showing no real intent on exiting the DRC and military force will be the only way they will withdraw from the region.
Does anyone think that after 15 years of battle the M3 Rebels are going to go home and live normal lives. Fighting is what they know. Why would they want to diminish their power base.
IMO this will go nowhere in the short term without the Security deal being signed and the Rwandans withdrawing from the DRC. Force may be the only way for the US to restore order so that a Minerals deal can be agreed and begin to be implemented.
The one point which may force US intervention in the short term is with AVZ and the DRC reaching an agreement prior to 23rd June. Even without a security deal with the Rwandans the US will then have no problem exercising their military influence to protect its investors and the DRC people.

So, as I asked one month ago, what does NF do when another extension is requested as a gesture of goodwill?

PS this post is on page 2988, what number will it be on in two weeks, if it's not deleted?

I want to know how we get comfort that the DRC won't renege on anything once that happens.

I really want it outlined how we get a secure path from deal signed to cash in my pocket.
