Why some say, hmmm, always look for possible agendas, there are a few.................who might owe who a favour, is always a good place to start, why is it he almost appears to be siding with the views/wishes of many trolls here, and also on the other bat channel. I would assume (rightly or wrongly) that if he knows its poor outcome, then yeah, he might be trying to help/soften/break the news as already sug, pos to assist a mate out ...... if he didn't know, I would have thought a smart guy, who seems to tell everybody else to zip it, often, would take his own advice, and s... ... f... .p

Anyway, if the offer does turn out to be crap, or low as, 'pop, bowl, sticky, and co' seem convinced it will be, then those that thought he might have sat on the inside of the tp, might be on the money. Which SHs like toilet, said or were tipped off and sold some of their holdings .........
Toilets view of NF is clear, however Jen is a fan of NF so what agenda would he have .............

Genuine holders have stated clearly why sub 2usd is an insult, DHs (with a hidden agendas) rabbit on about... we must be realistic because lith prices and lith miners are down, really, wow, gosh, so sorry to tell you this you f......f.... but no one cares, the massive deposit is being bought because is GIGANTIC, and it is a once only in a lifetime opportunity, which will never become available again, so who gives a rats .... about lith prices now.... "NO f...... o.." they are buying a lith mine that will produce for 49+ years imo.

So, if it's a s... deal we all know what will hit the fan.....
ps we know carrot bought for 1c .... anyone else here buy some for 1c?
pps remember it was NF that said/nominated 10bil USD ;)
NO EXCUSES 4 a low ball will be good enough, hey that's just my op.
Likely Jens has a heads up and all this chat on X about legal fall out has got under his Goat .

Jen’s will be looking after Jen’s, it’s as simple as that.
He’s not the first nor the last to do so.

He really is trying really hard to get people on board with less than fair value but subtly. Really have to question his motives here. Expectation reframing to a lower value - “Presenting information in a way that makes lower value seem acceptable or even beneficial.”

Everybody's circumstances are different, who knows, maybe he runs an expensive harem and the troops are becoming noisy and are demanding extras.

I am not going to question why he needs money now, but I definitely do not wish to play his game, I want my investment to be maximised.

As the Danes say fuck dig.

And fuck Zijin.

I know he reads this, he might as well know he better stops playing shane games.
That is another fukhead who wants 20,000 shareholders do their dirty work.

Jens is on public record stating he holds 8 million shares, and he’s also previously mentioned selling part of his holding to cover his original outlay.

So no matter what happens from here — whether the offer is $0.50 or $5 — he doesn’t lose a cent. He’s likely walking away with millions either way. It’s not a criticism, but it does explain why he’s more relaxed about a lower return than those who came in later and still have serious capital at risk. For them, it’s not about how many millions they’re making — it’s about whether they even get out whole.

I am in a similar boat mate (not with 16 million shares), it is called de-risking.
It is what I do when I invest in junior companies. Make sure your remaining parcel is freehold and sit on a profit.
It doesn't mean I have to give the remaining parcel to the next cheapskate.
