Whilst it is laughable that Celestin would be involved at all in any sort of audit or monitoring unit for corruption related to Congolese mineral resources, I note that although Celestin is listed as an expert, he is
not responsible for the direction, supervision or coordination of this unit. To be fair, technically, he
IS an expert on corruption with regard to Congolese mineral resources

. On a serious note though, it still would be possible for the unit to function with his input on specific historical information, if the President is serious about decreasing corruption to facilitate US investment. It all depends on the intention behind this unit and the individuals in charge of the direction/supervision/coordination.
