AVZ Discussion 2022

Two plays here. Either FT grants us a ML and forces the Chinese to pay compensation for the stolen birth. Or we take them to Court and this is enforced there.

Letting go of AVZ before that will be a massive hit to fair value as on paper we will still have “unknown” ownership issues with the DRC. better not fucking blink now Nigel. Get ownership sorted, certified, legally water tight and then look to on sell if that’s the play. Otherwise fuck them all we going to ISCID and fuck everyone over and flog this asset off to the highest bidder after it’s been ordered out title be restored in full and we claim 10b in compensation.

We then go fuck you all we going mining unless ya cunts pay up 10bn minimum and we can renegotiate DRC compensation etc etc.

Anything before all this to me screams opportunistic stealing of the deposit. Unless of course we get fair value.

Kobold frothing over something WE, as a company and shareholders, took all the financial risk to uncover and prove up, only to have years of our own high levels of excitement and dreams at the time (and great relief at being fortunate enough to have been able to take those risks in backing the delineation of such a globally important resource) brutally crushed by corruption and staggering amounts of subterfuge. Like many, I've been holding for almost 9 years now, with my first tentative buy in December 2016, and the effects on my own health and financial situation from being dragged through this unwarranted and, frankly, incomprehensibly outrageous process, have been dire (and RIP John). Call me naive but this last decade has really put a dent in my faith in human nature that this is one aspect of how our global society works, with so many of the bigoted and corrupt getting away with their callous greed and self absorbed behaviour, at the expense of the most vulnerable on the ground in their own countries.

It should be of absolutely no surprise to AVZ shareholders that Kobold will be doing backflips at the idea of getting to be involved in developing the Manono project area, with, as we know, Roche Dure being the apparent jewel in the crown....because that is how we all felt after taking large amounts of early risk to invest in such exploration and having it turn out to be one of those few explorers that comes up Trumps (pun intended) with a globally vital resource. With the current geo political climate I don't believe that the importance of the scope of the Manono/Kitolo pegmatite system can be over-stated, politically or industrially, nor economically and socially for the communities in the Tanganyika Province.

By every reasonable international business and ethical yardstick, given the legitimate processes our company has followed in good faith throughout the last decade, and the enormity of risk we took in the early days, WE should be in the driver's seat developing the Manono Project...the entirety of the original PR13359, as well as the potential extension projects surrounding it (PR 4029 and PR 4030).

If Kobold/US Government want to now slide in and take the vast majority of the profits that will be generated by development of the Manono/Kitolo project area, based entirely on OUR years of discovery risk, hard work and following of all appropriate international business and mining codes, then we need to be very significantly compensated.

What figure do you put on 9 years of this difficult a journey and the turmoil and weight we have all had to endure from such nefarious actions outside of our control. Personally it's hard to quantify, but will rancour without a distinctly rewarding financial compensation for ALL holders of AVZ, for being effectively forced to relinquish a lifetime of dreams and hopes that came from being a part of the Manono development story for nearly a decade and is now finally on the cusp of becoming a tangible financial reality for whichever group takes the project forwards ....a story OUR company, AVZ, uncovered, proved up and took to the world stage, a story OUR company SHOULD be entitled to see through to the profit-sharing production stage if there was any justice for what we've been dragged through.

That loss of a lifetime of potentially generational opportunity and financial betterment is a bitter, bitter pill to swallow and one that will only, personally, be made vaguely palatable by very significant payment in compensation.
This is fantastic! This should almost be a response to KoBold x tweets

Dear Grok...

What price will Kobold have to pay for the Manono Lihium and Tin Project?

The exact price KoBold Metals will pay for the Manono Lithium and Tin Project is not publicly disclosed in available sources. KoBold has agreed on a framework to acquire AVZ Minerals' stake in the project, with AVZ receiving compensation for relinquishing its claims. However, financial terms remain undisclosed, and the deal’s completion depends on resolving legal disputes and obtaining regulatory approvals. KoBold plans to invest over $1 billion to develop the project and bring its lithium to Western markets, but this figure reflects development costs, not the acquisition price.

They haven't bought it yet, but planning to buy it...:ROFLMAO:
They might still have to go cap in hand to get the mula

I don't know who keeps them in check, could be Nigel with his tackling technique.

This is the latest fresh update from 3 hours ago.

KoBold Metals CEO Kurt House spoke with BBC World Service about the company’s planned investments in the DRC.
Basically i think that video was a bit of a nothing burger.
He did say "finalizing the agreement with the commercial counterparty and the government " which we already knew. This deal is still beholden to the finalizing of the security for minerals deal between US DRC and Rawanda with 2 months allowed for the signing of the peace/security deal immediately followed by the signing of minerals agreements separately with DRC and Rawanda. Once this is done then it becomes possible for the Kobold -AVZ deal to be finalized.
What surprised me and is extremely encouraging is that the AVZ-Kobold deal has already reached the stage of final negotiations despite the fact the security for minerals deal is still 6 or 7 weeks away.

"Temporary suspension"

Sell the south to kobold, then go after compensation for the north through ISCID

AI overview
"A temporary suspension is a period where something, like an activity, service, or legal proceeding, is stopped for a limited time. It can be for reasons like investigation, a temporary pause before a decision, or addressing a specific issue."

Fuck em, go for everything.
$12 a share for the south, + 10B compensation from Zijin and commiere for the shitfuckery

Hundreds of billions of dollars, that's all we need reminding of. They'll get this for a bargain at 10b!

OmarsCominYo brings an interesting perspective to this deal.

While AVZ management is primarily focused on getting the best price for its 75% owned PR13359, what about the extension projects PR4029 and PR4030 that include visible pegmatites and additional prospective land. I understand that these extension projects are held 100% by AVZ Minerals, and there are no current disputes about their ownership or currency.

Is anyone aware if these are included in the deal for PR13359?

Cheers
F

Stralia for Stralia, the yanks think the entire world is theirs, because they make bigger bombs.

The don had to be explained that Canada, same as the White House and Buckingham Palace, is not for sale.

He burped, farted and showed his false teeth in response, at the end of the day he is a show man overdosed on carotene.

Thank you Frank
CEO Kurt certainly knows the potential of Manono and is excited to begin work once the ink drys.
Will he match that excitement with fair value to considering the wealth of its major shareholders.
IMO to put a hold on legal proceeding appears very positive outcome.

That bubble chart which doesnt represent the CDL drill campaign 12 - 18 months ago ........really needs to be sent to Kobald camp whilst in the thick of negotiations. Just demonstrates the enormous prize on offer .......:rolleyes:

I am sure Nige has done so.

The serenity is mind boggling, I would say they will finish with a super pit, with a looking platform, like Kalgoorlie.
