One would say the Chinese's abaci have been making overtime to keep up with the money transfers to said accounts.

Felix should go and read up on what Allende had to do and what happened to his Palace 11/9/73.
It was easy no court case required afterwards, a pretty clean event.
Did Allende really commit suicide, or was he helped? Who knows, or who cares.

It would be easier for the kleptocratic ruling crew in the DRC to throw Felix under the bus to protect their ill gotten wealth.

And if the above is correct and you had an SMSF, wouldn't you be better off selling your personally held unlisted AVZ shares to your SMSF for pennies, so the dividend would be taxed at 15% instead? This would also realise your capital loss in personal tax.

I’ll answer it anyway. It was pretty fiddly to get going, but the worst part was getting my previous super provider to roll the funds into the newly established SMSF. Dozens of calls between them, NAB, and the ATO were required to get it all done. I had to chase the rabbit down the hole every step of the way. It probably took me 6 weeks - your mileage may vary.

If your talking about to put avz into it will be a battle.... while avz was listed, no worries, now that it is unlisted your smsf can't acquire shares off you... it can only acquire them off you if it were still listed.....

It could acquire them off someone else though.... read into that what you want
