Last week my contact said there was no one in the board room as they were out trying to get the best deal for shareholders, my contact added no one was authorised to divulge their whereabouts. Then we heard later that nigel was in the US. The feeling I get is they're trying to sell the mine to the highest bidder.

Yep it was ugly alright, v undiplomatic. Yet according to chief negotiator Marco Rubio, Zelensky started it by insisting that diplomacy was pointless, completely undermining Trump's efforts for peace:
