Have you ever heard of SWATTING? Psychopaths do it to streamers, business enemies or innocent victims all the time. It's not hard to do anonymously.

You call in a bomb threat, threat to national security or worse and the feds are obligated to investigate. You don't think after everything we have seen from the Chinese, they wouldn't stoop this low to rattle people or threaten the BOD?

Mate the federal police don’t raid offices because of an anonymous call. Sorry but I doubt the Chinese could call the feds and get them to raid us! On what grounds? But also if this is the case. Then why is Nigel not on the email explaining exactly this. Just seems to me with this BOD. They are overpaid and disrespectful to the fact that 20000 people have given them substantial amounts of money.

My point being, in my opinion, it's more likely this has been triggered by malicious actors rather than illegal activity by the BOD.

And to those of you who are saying 'Why haven't management responded yet?' - I am sure this, like many things over the past 2 years has blindsided them. Again underestimating how low our enemies will go. I imagine they are seeking legal advice, making their own enquiries and cooperating with police before providing any official response.

FYI, any announcements/communications that the board want to make to shareholders needs to be reviewed and approved by DLA piper as they have the keys to the car so to speak while we are down the rabbit hole of litigation. Definitely understand your frustrations but speaking to the board one on one, none of them seem to be sitting on their bums and they are all fighting extremely hard for our cause behind the scenes. Ask yourself why they're all sailing the ship still and haven't started jumping overboard one by one.

US President Joe Biden Announces $560 Million Funding for Lobito Trans-African Corridor​

On Wednesday, December 4, 2024, US President Joe Biden unveiled more than $560 million in funding for the Lobito Trans-African Corridor, during a meeting in Lobito with Angolan President João Lourenço, DRC President Félix Tshisekedi, Zambian President Hakainde Hichilema, and the Vice President of Tanzania.

I think the end game is that everyone walks away a winner and a loser. with exception to the consortium.

AVZ and shareholders: We get paid out (wouldn't blink for anything less than $2.30) but have had to endure this bs for two years+ and get a fraction of total worth (easily $12+).
DRC: Unfortunately probably walk away the biggest winners as all of this gets swept under the carpet but upset their Chinese overlords. Think they will find other opportunities for their masters...
Chinese: Save face as much as they can but walk away like rabid dogs with tails between their legs. they'd be thinking that at least they get to live another day.
Consortium: Happy days as they walk away with the steal of the century. Middle East enters the critical mineral game and I'd suspect they will want to position themselves as the balancing/price setters of the critical mineral sector. Could work as they'd just play off East Vs West dynamics - plenty of arbitrage opportunities.

There has been a substantial investigation and the federal police have concluded that they are raiding our offices. This is an absolutely massive occurrence. But this dream that a Chinese owned company has manipulated Australian federal police to invesrigate a small cap miner in an effort to discredit them. Wishful thinking.
