You could also say that the USA would not be pledging to invest $15B (? please correct me here if i'm wrong) into the DRC mining sector if the AVZ resolution was not close.

totally more speculation and dot joining here by me.

The only thing that the gringos have committed to is feasibility studies on sections of the Lobito corridor in conjunction with the EU that was announced last week. The MoU signed last December specifically states that funding isn't obligated and the gringos involvement in the DRC battery value chain is contingent on the detection and prosecution of corruption.

Reminder CKK is literally on tape discussing taking a bribe from Zijin to facilitate the sale of a state mining asset resulting in a loss of revenue for the DRC of $120m USD that was proven by the DRC's own anti corruption watchdog the IGF. Then CKK has the nerve to rock up to an international event that AVZ are sponsoring and starts talking shit. All this just after he was given the job full time by Felix despite all the public evidence against him. No fucking chance in hell the gringos are gonna touch this shitshow while this sort of behaviour is allowed to continue imo

If you have an opportunity to select the chair as a proxy, why can't you take the opportunity to vote a BIG NO for the nomination?

On the bright side, if Cominier has unilaterally cancelled the contract (hello ICC), then he’s commited Cominier to a 50k per day fine from the ICC since about when, April? So that’s about a 9M fine so far. Was that USD or EUR?

Well I had to stray from my usual humour by throwing in some so you knew I was joking BEISH

It’s good to throw in a little humour along with the the other stuff that gets posted here, and I for one appreciate a few laughs along the way

BEISH, I couldn’t be more sincere when I say that I know the BOD is fighting hard for our rights and they are making progress even though this seems to be an ongoing and frustrating theme put out by them

The truth is there are more corrupt actors behind the scenes who haven’t been named but I can tell you from talking to Nigel in Sydney two years ago Bin Guo has been on the top of my list of suspects ever since

The Chinese have been trying to steal this project from us for a long time now and they knew when FIRB blocked Yibin getting a place on the BOD that they would have to try and steal it through other means eg nominating non Chinese puppets

Apart from suggestions that these three puppet nominees would sell the project off cheap, has anyone considered they could potentially get on Dathcom’s BOD and remove AVZ from the project, leaving us completely out of the picture

These sly lying corrupt actors have been trying everything they can from lies and bribes to colluding with short sellers and lying in the media

Believe me, the best thing shareholders can do is to keep backing our BOD

What you say is on the ' money " as per usual and i hope you didnt misinterpret , i 100% support our bod and know they are fighting hard for their shareholders rights, but NF has a annoying habit of " over promising and under delivering" , so once again, like i did last year, will be asking the tough questions and being a " pest " in the quest to gleen what is the true reality of where AVZ is at.........we all deserve to know, not be strung along with false hope as per last year AGM ....

Having endured multiple extended suspensions in the past which ultimately resulted in complete loss of capital, my experience tells me , BODs tend to express / confirm what you want them to say, but then the reality later on is a complete 180......

I sincerely hope this upcoming AGM is different, with all cards put on the table with honesty and integrity.

So in conclusion, i think its time to open up another thread or find and continue with the old one.......

So i ask , who from WA or from the eastern states is coming to support our fight, for our rights ?

Cause November 23 , 2023 is the ultimate pitch fork in the road for AVZ future....

I would say start a clean thread, but I would also say, don't populate it with any questions until early November as events may well make current questions totally irrelevant

in addition to Carlpos' notes the $15bn was for African projects... not just DRC
