For me this is the week. I speculated months ago that this conference could be the ‘platform ‘ where we hear news. No news this week then I’d say we headed for the courts unfortunately.

Really appreciate the updates you and others give in regards to winks and nods etc but I can’t help but wonder if we all being played for fools. Not one wink or nod in 12+ months have actually eventuated into something of significance.
Maybe I’m just old, cranky and cynical but it’s almost like people in DRC are providing false hope perhaps hoping AVZ didn’t go further with courts proceedings etc while we get stabbed in the back.
Anyways enough doom and gloom from me. Could be a big week!!

100% mate, I've thought the same. What pulls be back though is seeing the change at CAMI and our meeting at last, Com changing their tune about AVZ's ownership, the pressure the court cases have put on the DRC.
I feel confident that at the least we've got a good outcome (if not wonderful), it's just a matter of when.

Agree the removal of Mupande was significant.
The snakes head was crushed.
Opens the door for surface rights to be issued on all of 13359.
Can FT ask for ML to be issued without the direction and findings of ICC result ?

Believe Felix is incentivised TO issue the ML urgently to avoid ICC proceedings happening in the first place.

if nothing happens this week and they have their DRC mining week without making progress on the ML then they really are a bunch of dumb fucks, they're advertising to the world they are worse than corrupt, they are fucking useless, senseless fucks as well.

This week on the big stage is the perfect opportunity to start to set things straight and begin the long process of recovering their reputation. I truly feel sorry for the poor souls that live in this country and get fucked over by the few.

I've been hopeful that things would work out but at the end of this week if there is no progress, I think I need to face reality and bring myself to the realisation that we're going to court and I wont see a fucking cent for years. anyway thats how I'm currently seeing things.

things do seem quiet and seems some positive steps are being made but I fear nige is as stubborn as a fucking ox, not giving an inch and on the other side are the corrupt greedy fuckers wanting something, so we end in a stalemate and off to court.

Even if no news prior, forum will be the perfect opportunity to showcase everything AVZ has done with pictures and videos in light of all the false information that was circulated. Also makes it harder for Govt to subsequently do a backflip for whatever reason after showing the world all the work and $ invested. Imagine going to ICSID after AVZ has been Cobalt Plus Sponsor for over 12 months and then presenting. How do you defend that not to mention all the other damning evidence.

Only concern I have re presentation is it’s only a 10 min period with a 5 min Q&A after. Barely any time to cover everything
