How did FT come from a small minority party to become president, getting Kabila's support and then slowly weaning of Kabila'ists and building his own power base ... and yes he seems to have great mentor(s) including Vital Kamerhe, who must know every DRC Pollie trick of the trade - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vital_Kamerhe .
Felix would know how to keep on the good side CN/CCP, whilst steering his own DRC course. Just hope that is what he's doing.

I think that was when we were still mates with the upper echelons of government. Hopefully those mates might be back. Some sort of ann must be due surely.

The website was there when it was announced. I sent a link to my mate in a private chat on the 29th of September 2022. I didn't take a screenshot of the website at that time but from memory there was only AVZ listed as a sponsor then, whereas now there are many more.Ahh seriously.

It's still relevant as AVZ are still a sponsor of the event but it's not new information. Important to note this event is being run by the VUKA group which is the trading name of Spintelligent. One of the directors of Spintelligent is none other than mon ami Mupande. @MoneyBags1348 has been talking about this for months.

China-Turkey: Guy Loando alongside Tshisekedi and Sama for a strengthening of cooperation with the DRC
Minister of State in charge of Regional Planning, Me Guy Loando Mboyo accompanied the Prime Minister, Jean-Michel Sama Lukonde to Ankara, Turkey, to represent the President of the Republic, Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, at the ceremony nomination of Recep Tayyip Erdogan, elected president with 52.18% since May 28.
Guy Loando Mboyo was therefore an eyewitness, on behalf of the Democratic Republic of Congo, like the Prime Minister, at this ceremony which falls within the framework of strengthening cooperation between the country of Felix Tshisekedi and Turkey.
This participation of two members of the government underlines the importance of the politico-economic relations between the Democratic Republic of Congo and Turkey.
Well before Ankara, the Minister of State in charge of Spatial Planning accompanied the President of the Republic, Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, on his official visit to China where he went to strengthen cooperation between the two countries.
During this mission, it was a question not only of promoting the influence of the Congo, but also of establishing if not strengthening the collaboration with the country of Xi Jinping.
These two important missions for the future of the DRC in which Me Guy Loando Mboyo took an active part demonstrates a determined leadership of the President of the Republic, but also highlights this complicity between Félix Tshisekedi and the government team led by Jean-Michel Sama Lukonde.
Regarding China, it should be recalled that the President of the Republic Félix Tshisekedi had, with his counterpart, noted the need to frame cooperation through good coordination.
The Congolese head of state also insisted on the urgency for both parties to work together so that this public partnership can always be win-win.
The objective of this approach is to consolidate and further expand Sino-Congolese cooperation by relying on sound foundations guaranteeing principles of mutual respect, fairness and transparency beneficial to both the Congolese and Chinese people.
It is in view of the future challenges emerging from this visit that the President of the Republic had instructed the government to work towards the effective materialization of this strategic partnership in collaboration with his cabinet.

How the F$$K Guy Loando is still amongst the ministers shits me, another untouchable by the looks of it....
It seems to be the bigger the fraud/ rip-off of the drc government you organise the more untouchable you become. Sort of sounds familiar what was that blokes name in indo I think it started with S could be wrong though.
