Regarding the Zijin/Com inclusion of a 'value' as set by its damages claim, this could potentially be seen a statement of lost revenue due to 'AVZ's delay', as reflected against the timeline set in the DFS as to first sale of product if these disputes hadn't erupted. Just a theory.

There is some weight to Roon's observation I think - if we look at the way the rat fucks Zijin worded their bullshit to Tommy the twat, it feels like the groundwork for the latest bullshit case.

But the damages amount is for the full asset, not just unrealized revenue over the year - so the greedy fucks don't have shit, just a delay tactic in my mind to try and delay, delay, delay.

I think there is no way this stuff is happening with Felix knowing, given the size of the resource for a major part of a battery when he's been so front and centre spruiking the battery/renewables story.

Why he doesn't do anything? Could be he's in on it while he can, given the temporary nature of politics. Or he has bigger fish to fry with rebels etc. Or he can't because he doesn't have the numbers.

Unless it's coming from the AVZ side I have my doubts any of this will make it to the ICC . A lot of bluff and bluster . Zijin already kicked one can down the road . The last week or so with the Cominiere Twitter account and the new ICC damages claim has had me stumped in many ways. Just how the fuck we are even still having to deal with this shit and why Zijin and Cominiere would even consider an ICC claim.

Only flaw is that this claim was allegedly lodged ~ April 28, meaning everything else had to have been decided (well) prior, for C and Z to react by that date.

I can't believe such an arrangement would not have leaked weeks ago
