Looks to me like the Comminiere f--k face is having a dummy spit after getting his arse handed to him by the ICC .
If they want to play dirty than I am left with no choice but to ramp up my Twitter posts exposing these scum bags.
Will be working on new art work for these pricks.

Peeps, I'm working on a new counter.

So are we saying that the removal of Dathcom is the first violation of ICCs Emergency Arbitration order?

As much as i am enjoying spot lithium prices up 30%, .......:)
As much as i am enjoying see the lithium sector as a whole following suit,.......:) :)
As much as i am enjoying my portfolio rise by 30k today alone........:):):)
As much as i enjoyed ICC giving Cominiere a one finger salute.......🖕🖕🖕

I lament the fact that AVZ Manono is being held captive by cheating scum, hence missing out on all the positive action .........:mad::cautious::cautious:

I guess a conciliatory thought to add would be, if AVZ does come out the other side with ML in hand , with IRON CLAD agreements in tow ( does that mean anything in DRC ? ) in the very near future, with bullish tailwinds with the Lithium sector, then those shorters will be burnt to a crisp once suspension is finally lifted.........;)

Until then...........

So what is it guys? Are we calling it their first violation? I need to know for the new counter.
As annoying as it is, I don't think that it is a violation given that the website isn't direct representation of what is legally accurate, as mentioned in the site disclaimer. Happy (and wishing) to stand corrected though.

Surely if true the IGF report is not been taken seriously by Cominiere .
Want proof of corruption FT look at the CAMI website and remove those responsible.
In my opinion

Don't think you need to say first. Just 'Violation of ICC Emergency Arbitration order' would be okay. But it's up to you as either way works.

Don't forget the fine is in Euros. 50k EUD is just under 54.9k USD at current exchange rate.

No violation. Even if what CAMI site says was correct, (AND I'M NOT SAYING IT IS) it doesn't mean the Dathcom JV is dissolved. It would simply mean COMINIERE has been granted the tenement, having been taken off DATHCOM. Dissolving the JV is a separate issue, and carries a cost of 50k a day

In normal circumstances, a MoM decree would be needed to withdraw DATHCOM rights to the tenement (if actually legally able to be done), followed by CAMI updating the Cadastre. Haven't seen one of those yet, and she has swanned off to Turkey to talk turkey

On reflection, all this sounds ridiculous, and couldn't possibly happen, without massive repercussions for the DRC, in all sorts of ways

So I call it fucking bullshit Celestine

IMO

Getting CAMI to update their website constitutes 'taking any action or taking any steps that would result from the implementation of the termination of the Dathcom JVA and / or the consequences of such termination' imo

But it is probably wise to wait until we hear something official from the company about the fine being in play before launching the counter

Yep have to agree here. the JV agreement relates to the shareholders of Dathcom and how the 100% of the shares in Dathcom are owned and distributed. The tenement which Dathcom has been granted is the asset or business that the shareholders are investing in when buying shares in Dathcom. Iam also calling bullshit on Celestine. that guy is as i have said before a dead man walking
There would absolutely have to be an announcement from AVZ if the licence had been taken off Dathcom. It is after all our only asset
Celestine has reached the end of his rope....desperation move on his part. He is correct in one part though ie bye bye AVZ because very soon he is fuckin gonski

Probably not. The ICC order was against Cominiere. Celeste is from CAMI.

Spike CKK is the acting manager of Cominiere. Mupande is DG of CAMI and is constantly making changes to the Landfolio Portal so you should wait for AVZ to announce details.

Hi Spike, I meant to send you this ages ago. If you have some capacity and inclination to continue the attack on our friends at Zijin here are some ideas.
  • Zijin: Pillagers of DRC
  • <something about underreporting mining volumes to evade royalties>
  • <something about human rights and worker abuse>
  • Morally bankrupt
  • Zijin: Plunderers of DRC
  • Bribing officials since xxx (careful - legal exposure here)
  • Investment in Manono - $0 (excluding bribes paid)
