Hi DoubleACominiere and CAMI have always been against AVZ. Nothing has changed here.
Has something changed to make CAMI more emboldened in their actions to completely remove Dathcom from the portal? What is the Minister of Mines involvement? None of us know yet.
The situation has been that CAMI has been able to block this project indefinitely anyway. We have not produced any lithium. At least with this latest move it gets harder to ignore the actions of CAMI, plus there is some type of review going on at/of CAMI. JFMK needs to go in order for AVZ to start production anyway. These latest moves seem to move us closer to them either stealing the project or removing JFMK. We will get an outcome one way or the other rather than this endless waiting.
I'm sure an announcement is imminentWhen do we hear from BOD about this situation, just checked CAMI again.. hasn’t changed
No need to apologise. I should not have said what I did or behaved in that manner so I have requested those posts be deleted.Well firstly, I apologise mate, as ridiculing you was not my intention. I was actually kind of hoping you say 'No no, Spike happy to just critique for now'.
Let's face it, you have been doing an amazing job on the Bird mate, along with TITS and quite a few others and I do my best to like the shit out of everything but as I said I've been out of action for a while now with no ability to focus on this shitshow.
That said I do agree with you and think it would be in everyone's interest to get on there and create some (respectful & factual) noise. As I've mentioned before there are hundreds of TSE locals and we should be utilising that power on the socials because really, we need thousands.
Keep doing what you do JAG. It's amazing. I love it and so does everyone else.
And I will continue to input what I can from my end.
Hopefully another door opens and things pick up againNo need to apologise. I should not have said what I did or behaved in that manner so I have requested those posts be deleted.
No excuse but losing my contract yesterday didn't help my mental state.
Once again Spike, please accept my apology. I'm off for a while.

Momentum feels like its has shifted our way with a growing number of people in our corner on the bird as well as an emblematic legal win in our pocket.
I’m glass half full on today’s shenanigans by CAMI on twitter and the cadastral site updates - it feels like these are the moves of desperate people for whom the walls are closing in.
They are in a bottomless cesspit of corruption and they see no way out. They’ve tried shit-talking their way out but people are seeing it for what it is and calling them on it. There is likely intense pressure from Z and their corrupt cohorts to continue actions to undermine us - all while the pressure from the media and the IGF (Jules Alingete) continues to rise.
Their heads are spinning and they are incapable of coherent thought or action. May they wake daily in a cold sweat, and one day soon, may they wake to a early door knock and a paddy wagon.
Hi Jag, you are a champion! We appreciate all the effort you are doing to support all shareholders. No excuse but losing my contract yesterday didn't help my mental state.
Once again Spike, please accept my apology. I'm off for a while.

Champion response mate, i knew there must of been something wrong in the back ground for you to snap @Spikerama like you did yesterday, both you and Spike are ripper posters, so glad to see some peace amongst both of you, TSE lucky to have you both.No need to apologise. Until there are official ASX announcements\reputable sources verifying, I treat all of it as a rainmaker game. You do a song and dance (which granted can be entertaining) claiming you can make it rain... you do it often and long enough and eventually it rains and you say, "see I can make it rain".There are some people in the AVZ space saying that they believe there are positive moves happening. I have no way to verify if they are correct.
The best thing we can do right now is back the AVZ management team. They have done an amazing job to get things as far as they have.... If the project is not a AVZ success then there will be a time when the BOD will be held accountable. I have no doubt they are doing everything possible to fight against this evil corruption for the sake of the shareholders and their own interests. I get people are sick of positive posts but while the path is still unknown I want to keep the AVZ dream alive. It's been the worst roller coaster ride I have ever been on but am still hopeful the ride will end with a smile.Until there are official ASX announcements\reputable sources verifying, I treat all of it as a rainmaker game. Its been 12 months, I was at the Sydney roadshows, management were very confident of a favourable resolution (but that resolution is on Africa time)... I would suspect we have gotten close a couple of times, only to be pulled back down by the politics. I linked an article before, the thing that gives me hope is US involvement in DRC, anti China sentiment and an upcoming election.... is this a recipe to end the deadlock? Who TF knows.
I believe I can answer that one,Anyone think it's about time the BoD gave us a fucking heads up on what's happening now????
