Could someone a bit smarter than me please break down what they think is going on with this latest ICC action?
I get that it's bullshit, but I mean, what are they saying?

Are they're asking to be payed out?

That's a good sign to me if that is indeed what they're asking.

But I can't make sense of anything much these days, life is crazy stressful at the moment! ARGH!

Anyone who says Cominiere SA or Congolese don’t value the International jurisdiction of the ICC Paris for Congo (Kin) will have to explain the current combined action of Cominiere as spurious

So Cominiere are out 188k for last weeks ICC decision, they lose this let’s say another $150-200k.
They had previously asked AVZ for money to stay afloat. How they planning to pay for this? Must be in a promise by Jim Cheng Mining. I think they’ll find Jin Cheng to be an unreliable financier if this goes tits up, they’ll be out the door and stop answering the phone.
I say bring it on. It all looks BS to me, perhaps an attempt to try to force AVZ to the negotiating table.
Send ‘em broke AVZ. If we must go down this path let’s go swinging!!!

At some stage the DRC gov will step in.

They are asking for damages to be paid out. We pay that and it’s essentially an admission of wrongdoing or guilt. To me it reads pay damages and lose x% of project.

IMHO Geist adds nothing, just crystallises what everyone knows, but nobody bothers to explain, about where we're upto.

Then adds negative spin and diverts the conversation onto Numero Uno.

Invariably, a couple of trolls turn up (as some have said) and 'compliment' him.

And that along with today's announcement makes me a little more positive.

BTW threats would indicate emotions which reflect a need for AVZ to lose.
So either he's short or an agent of an AVZ enemy.

The last buck of life from a clearly injured animal, what a farce, this plays perfectly into our hands. They bought something for 33m then claim it’s worth 580m, somehow it has increased in value while the rightful holder of the tenement has been in trading halt? If the DRC don’t prove themselves to be completely foolish, this will go our way, if they want a 15% stake they can buy it for 580m not a cent less. What I don’t understand is, the 10% attributed to Cominiere SA, is actually the State’s pension scheme entity’s equity not Cominiere SA’s?
MMCS don’t have 5% is clarified

Oh, this is extremely interesting, given AVZ tight documentation and recent round 1 victory over Cominiere, cant help but agree this is a very desperate last attempt to " spook " off AVZ, however, going by the response from AVZ to COM / ZIJIN
" spurious " claims once again, AVZ dont appear to be spooked and hence i believe that the claimants are falling into a massive trap.

I call it the reverse TROJAN HORSE.

The transfer contract between Cominiere and Jin Cheng is from the Christian Lukusa interview as I said in my post. I just took screenshots of the video that is linked. I can't remember the time stamp now but it was around the middle from memory.

The first document is from CATH's announcement on September 27th 2021. Obviously this is after the purported transaction between Cominiere and Zijin was approved by the MoP on September 1st 2021. Clearly CATH also doesn't recognise Zijin as being in Dathcom.

It would be good to see a CATH up to date document on what they view as material. It should be in their stock market annual report filings.

I know some holders think CATH sits on The fence, but at least if anyone is motivated they can show this on twitter regards CATH’s position. It also makes it harder for AFR to make another story.
