As it turns out, zeebot has issued me a new automatic ban warning and has suggested my actions are trolling and baiting. Amazing after I personally asked him to suspend me months ago.

Fortunately I have a hotline to @Frank and @JAG and one or two others if I need to share information.

Shareholders on this forum know I have only ever wanted the best outcome for us and the company, and I have been here now for over a year trying to expose corruption…. Especially corruption that tries working against us on this forum.

Any suggestion I was baiting, trolling or accusing an individual is baseless as that (or those) individuals have targeted me.

As far as any suggestion or accusation I made that a post of mine was forged, I have the proof and can easily share it with zeebot or any other trustworthy shareholder here. It was confirmed at the time by @Rediah

My only other comment now is for shareholder’s to keep watchful. Most here know who are loyal to our cause!!

To the broader point of whether Jin Cheng should have been allowed to buy part of Dathcom instead of Zijin, Christian Lukusa talks about it in this interview he did in September. Here's my notes from the time.

- The transfer of shares isn't between Cominiere and Zijin. In the transfer contract (which is shown) it is between Cominiere and Zijin's subsidiary Jin Cheng. Allegedly this is not allowed in the mining code without approval from the government which wasn't received.
- Says even worse in the notary deed it is not the CEO signing the documents which is required.

As I said, it was a technical glitch. I’ll add more context: it was on a iphone 5 with limited memory and it was very electrostatically clunky = the technical glitch.
Also note this incident only happened once, and by the time you noticed is the time o noticed - you drew my atttention to it. I have no intention playing silly games.

Regarding Kibeye, he is now strangely quiet on Twitter after his plethora of tweets and jibes.

Too early to suggest why, however I wonder if someone higher up the food chain has tapped him on the shoulder.

I guess we will find out soon enough.

this is getting ugly imo, Cominere and Zijin have gone all in as well, with the recent change of ownership on the map I can hardly justify this is the sole action of CKK or any individual but backed by the corrupt government, hate to say it but we & the management may need to change their way of handling things, tricky times...

I have read it. And never said anything about in the letter was a offer. So please read my post carefully too!

At the end nigel clearly stated: Cominiere SA never consulted its partner AVZI but sent a letter to the parent company AVZ.

And my question is….what stands in the letter? Was it a invitation for the first speaking about a deal? Was it just the information that cominiere making a deal and sell it to zijin? Or was it just a bday gift card? nothing more.

And it’s a fact that the Minister of portfolio criticized in a letter that it’s confusing when to interact with avz or avzi. Nothing more again.

Like I said before I have no idea what was in the letter written by cominiere. And it’s only interesting when it was the first invite for a consultation of the jv partners to maybe discuss the zijin deal. And when cominiere get no response, it could be the trigger to continue discussions with zijin. But that’s just a theory, and it would only be interesting when it was a invitation before the zijin deal was done. I know they are dodgy as fuck but in the letter from nigel is no word about what stands in cominieres letter and which date got it.

like a prosecutor, i seek incriminating and exculpatory evidence for both sides. I don't think our management has done everything flawlessly in the past. whether it is just a lack of involvement in building a meaningful working relationship which could be a little part that brings us in that situation. So Please don't say things I've never said, like i did when you post anything. I’m very carefully in my words and when i have a feeling about someone’s thoughts but not sure if I interpreted it in the right way, I just ask again.

I thought the statement on sending to wrong entity was unnecessary and abrasive with “strictly sensu”. But having read that sentence again and the whole letter again recently, as I recall, Zijin and Cominiere had already breached the JVA in a number of ways.

Does anyone have a Chronology explicating the sequence of correspondences within Dathcom?

How can the ICC restrain them one week and then engage in this case the following week? My head hurts!

Maybe @MoneyBags1348 can get spend time on Zijin and work out if they engaged in insider trading via the Bellamel shell as seen on the AVZ T20 mid 2021
I think a lot of people thought Bellamel took up shares in the capital raising in July 2021. But this is apparenly not so.

Insider trading can have a 10 year jail sentence in this country.

It may also be worth checking Zijin share price at same time as Bellamel selling

Do note if you ask for a copy of the register or view ir, you are entitled to see the former member registry. When Bellamel sold or last held should be viewable

• the brazen collusion between Jin Cheng and Cominiere,
• and their acknowledgment of the true/potential value of Manono.

The top 25 shareholders in AVZ collectively hold 32.56% of SOI. That's approximately 1.1 billion shares, which is a lot of invested wealth. By comparison, AVZ board members, including Nigel Ferguson hold approx 85 million shares. Nigel Ferguson individually holds 54 million shares.

Among the top 25 shareholders are a number of Chinese entities and individuals. Yibin Tianyi Lithium company and Hau You International Mining are the two largest shareholders with 7.13 and 6.14 percent of shares respectively. They are both Chinese. I am not aware aware of their views or how they are managing their investments in AVZ. Maybe they like getting bent over and reamed by their more powerful corporate countrymen.

Just thinking out aloud and waiting for the footy to start.
