AVZ Discussion 2022

Still cannot figure out how other nations haven’t called DRC out on their bullshit..

Behind the scenes diplomatically there’d be a fair bit going on, but it will mostly not be in public domain unless something very serious. We saw Nikki Haley and US senators barking at KabIla clan late 2018

I do know from Bloomberg investigative journalists that some EU officials have been lobbying for the RCCM to be online.

It is currently offline, AGAIN. Everyone should keep monitoring it to see what changes are being made if any to the Dathcom file.

Is there anyone here savvy on computer programming? Global Witness has a free data crawler program dedicated to retrieving info from the RCCM. This would be very useful for some of us here to use. I’d be keen to learn how to use it. Please reach out if you have the skill set 🙏

ICC wins simplify the optic of who is right and who is wrong; are symbolic confidence markers. Will Tshisekedi et al use them for further reform?

Just like our embassies in London and Washington are helping Julian Assange

The Australian government is fucking useless imo

Luckily the gringos are on our side when it comes to Manono

Just shows how public opinion matters.

Perhaps ICC matters. DRC can’t expect financial aid and not follow International law.

Totally agree, other nations need to wise up big time and apply pressure to DRC govt ASAP to right the wrong, or CHINA will control the lithium narrative , like they have been doing recently , selling cheap lepodolite.
Drc future is on the line, lots of long term holders futures on the line too.
The collective world needs to stand up to the corrupt practices of not only DRC, but the international BULLY that is China !!

Imo

Australia should not be sitting on sidelines we’ve provided aid and immigration opportunities in the past. Why are our ministers sitting silent while thousands of Australian investors are getting scammed by these dogs?
It’s tens of thousands.

I like the way you are posting without prejudice. Is this because you are burning (along with all the shorter’s) and AVZ doesn’t have to come out of suspension

And aren’t you supposed to be getting Cong’s noodles ready

Both rhetorical questions actually
Contrary views or queries are not prejudice. Information assymetry may make one think there is prejudice but on what basis is the purported prejudice built on?

Was the company’s presentation of facts?

Was AVZ hiding bad news?
Yes.

If yes, was it legitimate to hide?
Yes and No.

How did you come to that conclusion?
AVZ clarified directly to me facts related to its (hysterical) May o4 media speculation statement. The IGF started speaking rather than Franck Fwamba’s incomplete snippets.

What about that May 04 statement?
Try reading it again after 12 months and ask as a more informed reader was it generous in clarifying what has been going on?

Are the arguments for non-disclosure by an ASX company based purely on whether a 3rd or 2nd party is acting within or outside the law.
NO.

I saw a lot of prejudice that maintained people’s heads in ostrich holes.

Just remember how great the Apollonian deception was, in Germany at that time April 2022. And the shock something else is going on entirely different. Would you be suspicious about “exit strategies” in a AXINO presentation.
Was there no curiosity about what Fwamba was muttering on Twitter months before?
Anglophones were so in the dark.

The other historical matters I brought up were all precipitated by the 2021 AGM — many here have since concluded there was issues how that meeting was run. I’ve had issues with it for years earlier. And not seeing Michael Hughes presenting not at a later date when fit to do, just wasn’t right for an ASX 200 company. There was a smell

I still don’t have functions to edit typos. Apologies.

Look, I ain't no prude, I love a good swear, but I prefer that the word KUNT , wasn't used on this forum either, it's really crude and derogatory to women, which many would be viewing here, there are so many other neutral words to use when having a vent.

Just imo

We know that CAMI have been instructed by the minister to get their house in order. In theory that should not affect us as we are subject to transformation (from exploration to exploitation):

I had missed this tweet from a couple of days back where old mate from Cominiere intends to use his influence over CAMI and use the above audit as a pretext to remove Dathcom/AVZ from register.

He and Mupande must be as thick as thieves…

I think you're being sensitive. This isn't a liberal arts college.
Look, I think I’m the only one here truely qualified to determine what’s appropriate.

The thing is, I am aware of all that. I am also aware of your constant undermining of AVZ exec’s and BOD and your efforts to encourage a movement against them as well as your efforts encouraging a class action against them.

At the present time we are fighting WITH the company, against a number of corrupt and bribed entities in the DRC and China while YOU continue to undermine us.

No one has forgotten about your relationship with Simon Cong and no one has forgotten about the aliases you use. I’m pretty sure you sold shares then either bought or borrowed more.

One thing is crystal clear, you are not here to support shareholders or AVZ
