Considering the launch of work on the pre-feasibility study for the development of ZES dedicated to the manufacture of BVE has kicked off ; logic would I suggest that full beam attention now falls on the PE of Manono …. But logic seems to have failed over the last 12 months in DRC ….FT also instructing the government at the last ministerial meeting to urgently deal with any file likely to create employment….That tweet by MiningNewsMay which also popped out last night claiming that MEHR doesn’t recognised a contract between Zijin and state for the redevelopment of Mpiana … but recognises commitments by AVZ Power …. A strange flurry of news tappets for sure …

So, what has provoked this statement from MEHR? Have they just taken down one of the roadblocks put up by Zijin - recall COMINIERE, in his mind, awarded the rehabilitation contract to Z, in a fit of paper bag swallowing against AVZ Power, saying COMINIERE owned the Station

I wonder if Z has turned up on site ready to rehabilitate? Wouldn't put it past them, they tend to trespass for their own benefit

Even FT has directed Ministers to hurry the fuck up with any project that creates jobs

Are these guys honestly retarded? They've kicked off that many roadshows with bloody councils, SEZ, battery hubs, etc, you flipping name it! Remember that shit show in December 2021? That turned into a bag of hot air.
Where THE FARK are you getting battery content from DRC? Out your arse? Coz unless your batteries run on methane you're dreaming.

If Felix is dead serious, his latest spat about advancing any project that creates jobs better have some substance behind it. They government should have enough paperwork about the project to sign it off in a matter of hours. They know they fucked up by allowing Com to sell their stake to Zijin, but obviously it's not a matter of just reversing the agreement coz Zijin want their loot and rightly so. (buy now pay later).

Anyone who has any form of confidence of shit being sorted in the coming weeks is dreaming. Then again, I've seen pigs fly and rabbits pulled out of hairy arse-holes, so surprise me biatches!!
