Holy Shit !! 😳😳

Did the guy pulling the men out while dodging falling rocks even have a hard hat on ? Didn’t look like it.. I know there wasn’t many hard hats at all in that video you would think they could find one to throw to that bloke..
Bro they are artisanal sites such as the one in South Kivu province that collapsed after heavy rain. They are not regulated, it’s like me and you with a metal detector at a random Site we ate no actually allowed at.

Go AVZ!
There’s been movement on our our tenement again. I check on two different portals and the map has changed on both

They have removed Tantalex tailings from the map and looks like they may have taken the government’s portion from the perimeter

Tend to agree with @Schemozzle

I think the 13698 permit for the tailings is still there

Also don't think there's been any change to the tenement or size since I took this shot a while ago

We're almost there...

Just a little more negotiating ahead of the first ICC, and we're back trading and furiously digging up lithium.

Guys, for what its worth, I've been in touch with Nigel a few times over the last few weeks. One of the things he said was that he didn't pay much attention to the Cami portal as he said it always contained errors and was very rarely correct or updated properly.

Obviously he doesn't give much away and even though I stay in touch regularly I don't believe i know anything more than any other poster here. I ask the pertinent questions (as I did at the Syd RS), but he gives me very standard / generic / non committal answers (which to be fair, he should)

My take is that management have spent a lot of time in country and are working tirelessly to get us a result (as they should). Having done business in many sub saharan Af countries over the years, I can attest to the shit fight that can easily ensue when internal corruption is rife (not to mention fuelled by powerful external 3rd parties).

I think any positive reinforcement on social by our crew is a good thing (along with respectfully calling out corruption etc) - hats off to Jag for recent work. I also understand why some are getting hugely frustrated and taking it to the social platforms (although this is of little help to our cause imo).

I have faith that we'll get a result one way or another prior to June.

Cheers,

Powerage.

Certainly Merit! They didn't advise of either of the main disputes until their hands were forced.

JAG as you know, there are a few shareholders who think sir les is der geist using another alias.

There’s probably merit in a lot of the criticism of Nigel and BOD but more than likely (as usual) he is trying to steer the narrative against Nigel and BOD when we are trying keep it on Cominiere, Zigin and Dathomir’s illegal and fraudulent attempts at extortion aimed at ripping us and the DRC off.

The company had good reasons for their actions and more importantly AVZ’s actions were legal…. Der geist has been trying to undermine AVZ ever since

I sold when my average was $0.16 because I saw a CR coming, now my average is in the 20’s…. No sense blaming others for our decisions, I accept responsibility and move on

A lot of people are dirty because they didn’t sell at $1.30, human nature, but turning our efforts against the company is not smart as thankfully many here realise…. Nice to have a chat with you, it’s been a while 👍

That's not a rumour then lol
It's still hearsay and therefor a rumor. Unless there is a direct source from Goverment or AVZ, we can't assume it's true.

Too many "Just two more weeks!" and "My source tells me" over the last 11 months I won't believe anything less.

Yes well said Bags.

For those still on the fence about Geist because he was the first to sound the alarm bells, consider this...

How come he was pushing it so hard?
It wasn't to protect shareholders, he was in on the shorting game and that game is to drive down shareholder sentiment.
He never got traction with it though, and It wouldn't suprise me if he was in cahoots with Zijin, who had to go to ICC for shareholders to take notice.

For a long time he tried to turn us against management with his several acounts here, at one point stating something like "remember the BOD are the enemy guys."

Our real enemies are trying to push alternate agendas, change the focus, switch the discussion.
One which has been a little successful is the price AVZ payed for it's 60%, which gained some traction with the congolese. We've been slowly stamping out that narrative on twitter. That cockhead of Cominiere was even pushing that on TV.

This was the part of the Zijin letter with the proposition to acquire 70% of 13359 north, which is not possible anymore, blocked by re-uniting 13359 to one lease.

However Zijin makes it abundantly clear here, that it has no intention to hand the 15% of Dathcom back to Cominière and be mister nice guy.

I think it is the problem, which will not be solved without Presidential intervention.
