- Market values mineral resource properly. Attains true value after dilution of $6 - $10

More likely AVZ accepts offer of $4 Billion USD . ($1.70) .

I think the Social Media work in the majority has made a few very uncomfortable hence the pressure to have us ease up. In this respect it seems to have worked. I’m going to ease back for a little an then if no action (almost guaranteed) I’ll be back into it.

What I cannot understand is why AVZ has to bend over backwards for corrupt scum bags that have caused the shit show. In my view AVZ as 75% majority owner be given the ML and start building the mine as per FT aspirations. Whilst the mine is being built, the scum bags, Commierie Zingin and MMCS can sort the shit show they created. Cong has no leg to stand and has no place in the venture. DRC govt needs to wake up and get this project moving, the crap can be sorted in the background.

Possibly but I doubt it. Transfer of ownership to CATH can only happen after ML is issued. And based on the Manono meeting last week and the 1 month extension request on Friday night I'd say we are still a fair while off that being done.

So, if this shit runs for another seven months, I don't think it will - but I'm just Joe Blow, then we can rely on these guys to do the right thing.

This is about election/re-election and nothing else.

So were gonna STFU for a couple of weeks (not sure how long that is), and if the TSE natives then get restless and start up again then Jens, or one of those other sycophants, will politely ask us to desist again etc, etc ,etc, etc

Does anyone detect a pattern??

Theoretically the transfer can happen but would CATH be reluctant to execute the deal and handover $$$ if the ownership of the overall project is still in dispute??

I'm guessing CATH will wait until ownership and other issues are resolved before furthering their involvement financially

That scenario would require us to have the ML, BFS etc. and AVZ to be a viable concern.

If that were the case then following the re-opening for trading shenanigans the SP would be more than $1.70 and I would expect multiple offers to buy us out.

So then it's a case of stick or twist?
