Sama II: Vital Kamerhe and JP Bemba, two jokers to save Felix Tshisekedi's mandate!
Nine months before the elections in the Democratic Republic of Congo, two leaders of political parties decide to put on the jersey of the central executive and join the Sama Lukonde II team.
These are two former candidates for President of the Republic appointed Deputy Prime Ministers, namely Vital Kamerhe and Jean-Pierre Bemba Gombo.
The first is ground to improve the social, while the second masters the intricacies of defense and security.
Two sectors that are floundering and struggling to take off since the beginning of the Félix Tshisekedi era.
Are they Jokers recruited at the last minute to save Felix Tshisekedi's mandate?
Obviously, they have this role to play in this election year to convince the population to grant a second term to Felix Tshisekedi.
Retrograde functions!
The last position held by Jean-Pierre Bemba in the Democratic Republic of Congo is that of Vice-President of the Republic.
As for Kamerhe, he is the chief of staff of the head of state.
Appointed ministers, they are actually demoted, especially since they are former candidates for President of the Republic.
Moreover, polls made them rather prime ministers to replace Sama Lukonde.
But as for the positions they currently occupy, no one saw them coming.
Vital Kamerhe Vpm for the Economy and Jean-Pierre Bemba Vpm for National Defence, this is a surprise for the Congolese political class.
Is this a mistake or a political strategy for the current President of the Republic?
Have Kamerhe and Bemba abandoned their ambitions to be elected to the supreme magistracy?
How will the collaboration between these caciques of the Sacred Union and the current Prime Minister be?
So many questions that the public is asking.
Sama II: 5 ministers leave the government, 12 join the new team, 16 women appointed

Sama 2 government: "finished the desacralization of state functions, the best of us are at the maneuver" (Billy Kambale)
After the publication of the Sama 2 government, the reactions are only falling.
For the Secretary General of the Union for the Congolese Nation (UNC), Billy Kambale, the establishment of this government signals the end of the desacralization of state functions.
Because, he says, the best of us are on the move.
Following some criticism from some people against Kamerhe and Bemba who have agreed to put aside their ambitions to join the Sama 2 government, Billy Kambale responds in these terms:
"It's called a statesman, they have the ambition and not the obsession with power, because having a course and a background, even a bailiff, they will take it without hesitation because they know what to do with it", wrote Billy Kambale.
It should be noted that some heavyweights of Congolese politics joined the Sama 2 government, in particular Bemba, Kamerhe and Nyamwisi.
