Regarding the first dathcom letter signed by Balthazar. I have the same copy, and am trying to source a copy where someone in an official capacity has signed and recieved it to prove its authenticity.

Well as you can see, this letter referencing the decrees was dated 3rd of February. Writing this letter probably was mostly over the course of a few days and after advice from in country.

May 4th 2022 - AVZ announces initial PE decree

Exactly 9 days later

January 28th 2023 - MoM issues new decrees

February 6th 2023 - AVZ announces new decrees

There's a very good reason for this that Tommy was either too fucking stupid to figure out or he deliberately decided not to include to jazz up the NoN dIsClOsUrE angle he's been pushing.

8196 (original Dathcom request to relinquish the north) is proving to be a very hard and elusive document to get my hands on. I have my theories as to why this one hasn't surfaced but will hold off on sharing my thoughts, until i can get a hold of the original Dathcom application.
