It shows that cominiere is a bunch of assholes, they just can’t even want/can pay their lawyers.
The DG of cominiere tried to postpone the hearing but it was to late after ICC rules.
The lawyer’s from cominiere have sent a letter to different people of the government.
Cominiere stated in September 22 that they don’t need the lawyers anymore because they are in negotiations with mmcs.
6 days before the first hearing cominiere ask their lawyers if they can ask mmcs and icc if they can postpone the hearing, because of the negotiations.
But they give no informations about the negotiations. And it looks like it’s a lie, mmcs stated on 5th August 22 that they want to persue the proceedings without hesitation.
Summary: cominiere owe their lawyers money for the last years but don’t want to pay for. Lies to their lawyers. Looks like they lie to mmcs, and tactically wanted to delay the whole hearings for what ever reason.
And at the moment it looks like they lie about the 5% for mmcs (what would be a breach of the jv contract), so mmcs was confused at the hearing.
Maybe they have fucking luck because the lawyers they don’t want to pay for are saving their asses. But that can only be seen after a judgement.
Cominiere should not exist! These documents are another prove of the general mismanagement by cominiere and the mismanagement in our JV.
But one thing is interesting, the hearings are from the 16 until 23 january.
Some good hits but no 250m, 300m home runs like AVZ
Under a lake
No resource as yet, no dfs, etc etc
Already at half of AVZs market cap @ 1.2 billion
Great run and I have traded it but market cap is maxed out at present given the above IMO
Hi CHBNek minnit Klaus comments about license for Roche dure being reviewed making sense and US suddenly owns it all.

Quite possibly. I do think they just want to get their foot into DRC and have access to their resources before it's too late.Hi CHB
I know I'm swimming against the tide, but I believe the Yanks have no pressing interest in the DRC other than security. I don't believe they are looking at taking over Manono or even taking a part position.
The Yanks are well aware that the DRC remains a cesspool of corruption, despite Felix's global stage-strutting and preaching about the DRC becoming the new Babylon of battery manufacture.
The Yanks' interest in the DRC is primarily a game of chess with China.
Cheers
F
Sorry CD, I wasn’t clear. The “on-the-ground“ bit was a reference to Frank, who’s messages you had posted.I'm not any closer to the action than anyone else here. I'm definitely less so than most imo
I've never spoken to anyone at AVZ or in the DRC. I'm just some random dude that has a folder full of screenshots on my phone and can speak a bit of French. Everything I post is based off public information.
I don't even have that many shares really. Just under 300,000. No where near enough to get invited to the roadshow. But it's not about the money, it's about sending a message.
Make a grown man cry...Mamba Gone!![]()

MINISTERS AND DELEGATESAPPOINTMENTPRESCRIPTIONPRESIDENCY OF THE REPUBLIC
I forgot that this is DRC and the news may potentially be fake. Let's wait for our credible journalists. It has been 9+ months of suspension. What's a few more days...That is a good question! I really don’t have expect that the MoM will be replaced too. Of course only if the list is true. Feels like we play poker or roulette nowI hope that the new minister are not corrupt as fuck too.
