I would have thought if we win in Court it will be too late for any negotiations, a ruling will have been made and that's that.

A ruling is much much much further away than 82 days, thats just when the trial starts.... Right?

With no incentive for the DRC army to put their lives at risk are surrending to M23.
Question is .
Will the US allow China to dominate the critical minerals that the DRC has ?
If no then will see acceptance of the offer .
