Threatening harm to anyone is a criminal of offence as you will find out the hardway. Would suggest you delete your post
I was just gonna send a nice lady around there to give him some flowers.... 🤷‍♀️

Let’s be honest though if he was at the pub talking all the shit that he has done behind his keyboard past couple years he would’ve been knocked out a long time ago

I’ve joined this forum to let you all know that you’re wasting time and energy hoping for a positive outcome. As soon as the mining decree was cancelled in Jan last year, we were fucked and since then, all we’ve had is radio silence from key decision makers in the DRC government, who show absolutely no regard to any ICC rulings or their own laws. The fact that FT was “re-elected” in a landslide victory was the final nail in the coffin. He had plenty of opportunities over the past 2 years to right the wrongs but did zero to address these which suggests he is the major part of the problem.
He will feel even more emboldened to continue to appease the Chinese for more gold watches now that his opponents have effectively been put out of business.

It pains me to say this (and probably would have breached all sorts of corporations laws and ASX listing rules) but MMGA may have been able at least salvage something from the debacle that we have found ourselves in. Better than sitting around for years trying to get blood out of a stone.

Whichever way it goes, we have been royally screwed and as long as governments continue to do the bidding for the Chinese, western investment in these 3rd world countries is literally throwing away your money.

Actually you're not half wrong, just not 7sur7.
Publicity in the media over in the DRC would do us well.
They're afraid to call out obvious corruption, but perhaps theres a publication that is read in the DRC but not based there.
I mean there is one HELL of a story here, for anyone who actually tells the truth.
The DRC government couldn't stand being that exposed.

*Edit* I'm absolutely no help here but perhaps someone here knows where we might get a good story published over there.

I posted this after the AGM "Scott Gibson. Lawyer for Fat Tail.
The other lawyer, Martin Bennet was representing Mrs Walker, in kahoots with fat tail"

But regardless, they're all linked, just semantics really.
You are correct, Martin Bennett was representing Mrs Walker.

At the end of the day, who gives a fuck, MMGA lawyers left the AGM as losers.

Sadly tho...........us longs are still losers, nearing our second anniversay of being in........

EXTENDED SUSPENSION.

A protest of 10 to 15 thousand shareholders descending on Parliament House demanding support from the Government would get noticed.

A thought I had is many shareholders engaging 60 Minutes Australia via their website about the story (they have webpage where people can suggest stories to investigate) to get their attention. They are generally considered a to be a very high standard of investigative journalism. And being a major national journalism production it would draw attention to this issue on a much larger scale. The 60 Minutes brand is international too, being a major American show (US version of it).

Battle for worlds largest hard rock lithium resource with major significance for renewable energy transition, Aus company developed it and screwed over by human-rights abusing Chinese multinational backed by CCP agenda and corrupt DRC officials. Empty promises from DRC gov about weeding out corruption and bringing in foreign investment. International arbitration cases, IGF, etc
Definitely 60 minutes worthy story.

Just my opinion

If it involves anything that would be viewed as attacking “Chinese interests”, the China apologists (ably led by Paul Keating and state and federal labor party representatives) will swiftly shut it down.

Great idea. The only problem is that the AFR (AKA Tommy Two Dick's employer) is also owned by Nine Entertainment:unsure:

I just submitted a long story suggestion to 60 Minutes with several links to resources - e.g. arbitration updates, Matt Birney article, etc.
I think if shareholders flooded their story submissions it would definitely draw their attention. Attaching resources could help direct an investigation too.

Great idea. The only problem is that the AFR (AKA Tommy Two Dick's employer) is also owned by Nine Entertainment:unsure:
Yea however maybe if we flood them with proper information they will see the true story for themselves and thus how much of a complete twat he is.
