Frank has often said, Future is Electric
️ , and finally we (our team) have entered that future after 8 months of hard work and are the first one in the country to start this EV race.
Our remanufacturing has gone full EV production mode last month, and these American trucks are getting bigger and better and need lots of sweet sweet lithium to get their extended range
I am in the video but not aging well because of this AVZ saga so not worth mentioning where I appear
, TDITD and CHB, don’t even try to recall , I have aged 10 years since the roadshow.

***(all the trucks are white because they are going to mines
and will be used as recovery vehicles to rescue stranded EV that are out of juice as they can do Vehicle to Vehicle charging )

Wow amazing , but really only 10 years I have aged that in 6 months , i'm back in Indonesia for my kids holidays and yes I still must fly cattle class come on AVZ

Update: the court battle today is no longer listed on "today's court listings" nor is it available on search when you look up matter number 198/2023...... So cancelled or rescheduled pending date.....?

It has been rescheduled a few times already (in true MMGA-Zijin-like strategy) and has never disappeared, hopefully it's now been thrown out

I just called the Supreme Court and the receptionist advised me that the case was ‘vacated’ yesterday potentially to be revisited in a few months…. Wouldn’t tell me anymore

That will make the judge happy, having an unscheduled coffee break and maybe even a sleep in.
I am rather surprised at yet another delay.
Commercial cases are generally heard as promptly as possible due to potential adverse effects that delays can have on a company's plans and operations.
This case was already delayed, so there must be very good reasons for the court to allow a further vacation. I hope AVZ's legal council is keeping very good records of work done to date, and will seek full recompense from MMGA (insert Zijin or any other looting scumbag you choose) for its time.
I would not be surprised if MMGA (or Zijin or any other looting scumbag you choose) sought the delay based on AVZ's perceived funding uncertainty.
