Talk about hopeless scraping the barell for scraps 🤣 obviously none of us should or would post anything as ridiculous as this but also don't give them any fuel let them burn out all by themselves. To say a serious companies next strategy is to pull up some random unidentifiable persons ramblings from the internet as some sort of stain against avz the company which totally unrelated and unknown to said individual is beyond pathetic 😅 imagine pulling that out as your answer to making a show of yourself on the international court stage!? bravo 👏 they have outdone themselves here

Go AVZ!
I've posted some dumb shit over my time but can I suggest that only facts be posted until we close out the International court cases.

If we fail in what is rightfully ours then by all means, post what you feel.

These corrupt arseholes will use and twist what is said either here or on twitter to benefit themselves like the below.

AVZ DID NOT MAKE ANY THREATS

DRC - Manono Lithium: "Shock: AVZ makes death threats against the CEO of Cominiere and his family" (Tribune)

Recently, AVZ made death threats against Cominiere's CEO and his family via social media (see screenshot). AVZ's actions are reminiscent of the tyrant Leopold II, is this really tolerable according to the laws of the DRC?

We call on the government to strengthen the protection of the personal safety of DRC citizens and to investigate AVZ's actions.

The series of violations of the law, breaches of contract committed by AVZ resulted in the stagnation of the Manono mine for seven years, but AVZ, through its advisors, shareholders and writers, blamed the state and people of the DRC for the stagnation of the Manono mine and engaged in condescending abuses, discrimination and even personal threats.

On 10 July 2023, the AFR (The Australian Financial Review) published an article entitled "Former AVZ chairman slams 'racist' shareholders, plots new Manono deal", in which it castigates AVZ for its racism and insults towards the DRC, exposing the mask of hypocrisy and showing the people of the DRC the true face of the so-called "Australian investor".

Link to article: https://t.co/BceCinBdIj

If AVZ truly considered itself to be a legitimate investor, it should openly explain the following information to its shareholders and the public, instead of misleading investors and personally threatening the CEO of its shareholder Cominiere:

1. How do I acquire 60% of the shares? On November 30, 2022, the IGF published a report that said: "The partner DATHOMIR... sell 60% of the shares to AVZ International in violation of the provisions of the joint venture agreement in Article 16 point (f) relating to its commitments and according to which it could not sell its shares before the date of commercial production."
2. Why were the three mining titles divested? On November 30, 2022, the IGF published a report indicating that AVZ had made the divestitures of three mining titles constituting COMINIERE S.A.'s contribution to DATHCOM Mining.
3. How to explain insider trading between AVZ and AJN? On April 1, 2022, AVZ individually renounced 82 squares in the north of the PR13359 without the consent of the other shareholders by filing an application for the transformation of PR into a PE with the Ministry of Mines, while on November 19 of the same year, AJN announced that 82 squares in the northeast of the PR13359 will be successfully transferred to Congo Ressource SAU in the coming weeks.
4. How can we explain the criminal conviction of the CEO of Dathcom? In 2022, AVZ-appointed Datchom CEO Graem Johson Godsman was sentenced to three years in prison and $25 million in compensation by the court in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in the case of "falsification of Avz's 75% stake in Dathcom's shareholding register."
5. How can the violation of funding commitments or falsification by AVZ be explained? Article 69 (h) of the Mining Code stipulates that an application for an MOU requires the financing plan with identification of the sources of financing targeted, and Article 71 (b) requires specifying each type of financing, the sources of financing targeted and the likely availability, the share capital cannot be less than 40% of the said resources.
6. How can we explain that the feasibility study submitted by AVZ was not approved by Cominiere? AVZ did not submit the final feasibility study to Cominiere before the Ministry of Mines in April 2020, let alone obtaining Cominiere's approval, nor the approval of Dathcom's board of directors and shareholders' meeting, which is a serious violation of Articles 6.2 and 6.4 of the joint venture agreement. Cominiere may terminate the joint venture agreement and recover the mineral rights from PR on the basis of such breach.
7. How can we explain that after seven years of AVZ's involvement, the Manono mine has still not entered the construction phase, let alone the commercial production phase? Huayou Cobalt, which is the majority shareholder of AVZ and owns the CDM copper and cobalt mine in the DRC. Huayou Cobalt's Arcadia lithium project in Zimbabwe has completed construction and entered commercial production within two years.
8. How to compensate shareholders and investors for the loss due to the drop in the price of lithium? From 2016 to 2022, the price of lithium carbonate has risen steadily, and the price of lithium carbonate even exceeded US$70,000 per ton in 2022, but in December 2023, the futures price of lithium carbonate fell below US$10,000 per ton.

“Saudi Arabia announced that it would purchase $US15 billion in global mining stakes to secure minerals from countries such as Namibia, Guinea, and the Democratic Republic of Congo,”

"There’s also Africa’s “copper belt”, a region of rich deposits extending from Congo and Zambia to Botswana. And the continent also has viable supplies of lithium."

This is a very interesting article!!! 👀

The Cami site for current information is still down (google 'cami drc' and it will be the first link). The site you're looking at is historical info and well out of date.
Hi all

Cami portal is up and available showing 221 squares for pr 13359 with cominere 100% owner. No split lines either but the map has never been reliable.

Date of the map is November 2022, before the split.

The date is interestingly much earlier than anyone thought, not that it matters.

Welcome

Kabuya: “Joseph Kabila fled the country. He left on the sly because he is the one behind the war in the East”

During a political morning held this Saturday, March 30, 2024, the secretary general of the Union for Democracy and Social Progress (UDPS), affirmed that Joseph fled the country without leaving traces at the General Directorate of Migration (DGM).

According to Augustin Kabuya, the former President of the Republic fled the country because he was behind the war raging in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
" For your information, as I speak to you, Joseph Kabila has fled the country, he no longer lives here. He left no trace at the DGM, he left on the sly because it is he who is behind the war raging in the east of the country. I was already aware of that ,” he declared to the cheers of the activists and fighters of the presidential party.
In the process, Augustin Kabuya made it known that the young people of the People's Party for Reconstruction and Democracy (PPRD) who joined Corneille Nangaa's rebellion know something about it.
As a reminder, the PPRD asserts that it is not concerned by the rallying of some of its members to the rebellion of Corneille Nangaa, who works in collaboration with the M23 rebels supported by Paul Kagame's Rwanda.
Jephté Kitsita

I wonder if he left on a pushbike, a personal jet, or a free flight to China.

Could maybe have to with the DRC re-instating the death penalty for traitors, they will be bloody busy.

Only thing you can't trust one single word what 7sur7 publishes, however if the entire Kabila family fucks off into oblivion it could well be progress for the DRC.

If he wishes to travel on the sly he should fukkin shave and not wear sunnies!

Hopefully CKK travels in Kabila's toilet bag and fucks off as well before it gets too hot for him.
