Interesting to note Graeme came back on the linkedin saying that's categorically not true - how about he gets over to the DRC and makes sure that's true? Graeme?
Has he actually been boots on the ground since that sham of a court case that called for his arrest?
With the Ministry of Justice's involvement, it would seem likeliest to me that they have been selected to coordinate the government's response our taking the DRC to ICSID.
Hopefully they take the position that the simplest way out of that arbitration is to negotiate and ultimately to deliver the ML according to the DRCs legislation and mining regulations.

It's slightly concerning with Comierie's commentary on the Hydro and the photo's/videos.
We hear things about the Hydro project but we don't really know what's the truth.
So I just say, trust in Franck.
He's an honest, good man, he's very knowledgeble, who works as a NGO for his own people.
Comierie are known liars and thieves.
So I trust in what Franck says here.
The State own the Hydro and NOT Cominierie.
AVZP have a Legal abiding MoU with the State for the Mpiana-Mwanga Power Plant.
He claims to have checked these facts.
Even if Z have snuck in, I believe we can ferret them out.
Stay strong, things have definately heated up.

If one was in a cynical mood they may just postulate that this is once again another stalling tactic by PR05, back to square one in running through it all over again with MOJ this time, an then once AVZ are 'close' (just like this time apparently) another stall and switch to continue in their orders from the Chinese masters.
On the other hand, one could call it progress as MOJ last involvement in all of this mess, was her pushing to mobilise the (4 months unpaid) Cominiere lawyers in the ICC case against MMCS to thwart both CKK & MOP plans which was successful of course. This process has been taken away from MOP purview, she can no longer disrupt/stall.
One certainty is that they love to talk.

I'd like to think the MoP was just endlessly stalling and deferring. She perhaps simply could not act on progressing this because she's been payed who knows how many millions by Zijin, and it's probably already spent.
Caught in an impossible impasse.
So passed onto MoJ solves the problem.

Tantalex also state in their PEA released last week that the Piana Mwanga hydroelectric dam is currently being refurbished so you’d have to think there is some truth in that statement - the question is by who .. hopefully us given the recent 3 page magazine article and AVZ Minerals post on their Twitter account.

You'd think AVZ would address this properly. So far they've just started the legality saying "mpwiana Mwanga is under MOU to AVZP" etc, but haven't addressed whether Zijin or another party are actually refurbishing it anyway....
